My daughter started coming here about 2 years ago because she wanted to work on her tumbling for cheer. The minute we walked in the ladys in the front desk were very informative, nice and so welcoming. It's been 2 years and honestly its the best gymnastics location we have gone to. Also what was a plus for me was the makeup classes they offer, if for whatever reason the athlete can not make it to class they offer makeup classes. THE COACHES WERE THE CHERRY ON TOP. ALL THE COACHES ARE AMAZING!!! Coach Judy, Tony, Vic and Tamara have been a big role in my daughter tumbling journey.

Love love love this gym. My daughter has been coming here for a long time. She has learned the fundamentals and has been on the club team for 2 years. She loves it. Especially now with Coach Val pushing her to excel and learn more complicated tricks. She loves going to gymnastics. I highly recommend this gym.

This place is great! They are wonderful with my daughter, they can handle her personality while showing her some fun gymnastic exercises. I expect to have her here a long time. Coaches are very polite and helpful. They also have plenty of activities for the kiddos which makes things more fun.

Wonderful experience so far. My son has been in weekly classes where he learned many basic gymnastic skills. They rotate skills each week so the kids are constantly growing and he really enjoys the program and the coaches.

Angelica is very friendly, patient, and dedicated to her kids. Her determination and hard work is very obvious. My daughter has been attending IEGA for about a year and absolutely looks forward to her weekly class. She has had both coach Miranda and coach Michelle in the last year and has been able to connect with both of them in the process. All interactions with these coaches and the managers/front staff have always been professional, respectful and caring. Whenever I've needed to make changes (reschedule a class or sign up for additional activities) I have always been allowed to do so without hesitation. I appreciate that my daughter is being taught in an environment with such skilled and caring coaches. Thank you coach Miranda and coach Michelle for all you do!

I have been there twice with my granddaughter and daughter in-law to witness how my daughter in-law is treated after complaining about coach Miranda. Katie reached out and was very sweet but you can tell Miranda still has customer service issues. When my daughter in law says good evening not one response and is very rude.

I only gave it a star to add my review. The program director is a joke. She has a big power trip. I tried not ask questions because I pay for 2 days a week because I see that 1 day a week is not enough. The coaches pay attention to the kids that don’t listen and that is where most of their time goes to. I tried to suggest for the coaches to focus on the skills they didn’t have time to help my daughter with because they are dealing with other children. The program director called me out in front of other parents and basically laughed at me. I am hoping that other parents also speak up. There are kids that don’t pay attention yet all the attention goes to those kids. Tuition is over $100 monthly and not to receive equality time can be a joke especially if I pay for 2 days a week for the same reason.

This gym is the best. They are super organized and THE cleanest gym I have seen. Coach Vic has been wonderful for my son. Coach Vic is the ideal coach. Evelyn helped me when we first signed up and she was so friendly and helpful. Truly this is the best gym around!

I found IEGA through a google search 5 years ago for my shy 4 year old. She’s now such an athletic and out going 8 year old. She’s always excited for practice and recently joined the competitive team. She loves this sport & all the coaches she’s had. Since day one they’ve always reached out to us through flyers, emails, text and phone calls. They always answer any questions we have. My young niece also joined the gym and she loves it!
Thank you for all you do even through COVID and the zoom gym meetings.

The staff have always been great with my kids and they are doing everything possible in keeping my kid safe during these times. Currently they are using Spot Tv so I can see my kid with my phone during her lessons and picking her up is well within the social distancing guidelines.

I took my daughter to the free trial and she loved it i am thinking of signing her up i know the coach that taught that day was not the regular coach but also id like to see a little bit of 1on1 or more then 1 class a week as i was watching there were a couple opticals that my daughter didnt get to have a turn on because of the other kid doing it over and over and the coach was with the other kids. but this gym is very nice great customer service and very clean a little packed in the room where the parents watch but overall it was better then what i though it was going to be.

(Je'Anne Jackson) My daughter started here at 7 years old in recreational classes. She learned so much and was eager to learn more. As she advanced in skills we added a tumbling class to her rec classes and she just started to progress as a gymnast. At 9/10 years old my daughter joined the Women's USAIGC team and started competing. The gym and coaches are amazing. My youngest (5, starteded in Mommy and me classes) is now in the same class my other daughter started in. I highly recommend IEGA for those looking to bring their son/daughter into gymnastics, you will never want to go any place else... I know I won't!! Thanks IEGA for being the greatest!!!!!

I come here for the open gyms. There are always lame excuses and disappointing moments being presented when I come here. Many times where I call the front desk to confirm their open gym then drive all the way over there and find out I can't participate because they are "at full capacity" or they canceled the open gym or etc. Too many times where I drive back home seconds after arriving. Other than the disappointing service, the gym is pretty good in quality. They have most all commodities for training. 👍 Still, it's a VERY frustrating gym. 👎

I walked into the worst front desk unprofessional staff member today. She said her name was Kathleen she even saw me writing down as she also gave me the name of the owner Katie (looked on line this employee's name is actually Catherine not Kathleen) very rude, very unprofessional and unfortunately saw the same vibe when she was talking to someone else as well.
This place came very highly recommended and I stopped by to give it a try for my daughter, they seemed busy and the gym was clean. If I was to sign up I would send some family to search as well as visitors before deciding....after all this classes are not free, respect and appreciation to parents should be part of their staff training, especially the person greeting visitors or/and signing your child up for classes.
I give a star based on appearance of the gym, but I was in complete shocked with the attitude I received from this front desk person Kathleen so i could zero starts would be what I would rate this business because that shows no customer service period.

Amazing! The staff here are all so nice, and they always go the extra mile to help, even though they are crazy busy all the time. Their advancement system also is great, and they placed my son very appropriately based on his skills and didn't hold him back based on his age. We are still new to IEGA but love it so far. Highly recommended!

I love this place. It amazes me how organized they are. This place is busy on any given day, and it presents as a well oiled machine. With as many teams, coaches, and classes as there are at one time, they never run into each other's space. Every class has a space and they rotate beautifully every time. Also, the class sizes are limited so each child can be coached safely and adequately. I appreciate that! My daughter has been here for nearly 2 years (started when she was 4 in the younger class) and it's been wonderful. Coach Stephanie is amazing with these girls. I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for skilled, qualified, and friendly coaches and staff.

Both our boys have trained at IEGA for years, beginning with their recreational program and now with their competitive boys team. Their physical development and growth in self-confidence has been outstanding. Our boys also play soccer, and their gymnastics training has made them incredibly strong, stable and dynamic on the soccer field.

Most importantly, the facilities at IEGA are top notch, the classes are small, and the professional coaching is outstanding. There is not is not a better youth sports environment in which your child will develop and flourish.

I had my daughter in the toddler classes and the first teacher she had was really great with the kids and I really felt like my daughter would learn. Eventually she left and my daughter had a new teacher. Stephanie, she was terrible. She taught the children absolutely nothing, just let them run around and do whatever for half an hour. I started taking my daughter to the lol kid's club once a week and let her do more stuff for even longer for less money, and I can be with her on just about everything. If you have an older child this place might be good for you, but having a toddler running around and having it being overly crowded during certain times is dangerous. It upset me that there was absolutely no structure in the class after the first instructor left.

So far what I've seen and experienced has been good. I see little things that could be improved, but that's more personal opinion. The point of going there is for my son to enjoy himself and be active. He is getting that. So a personal opinion of what should be changed means nothing. I think they're doing a great job and we can't wait for the new season to start.
