As far as equipment goes. The owner has gathered the best back and leg equipment of any gym in the Bay Area.

Great private gym! Lots of pros to this spot: a ton of equipment and it’s spaced out nicely. Equipment is clean, the people are so friendly, the covered outdoor spot is nice, posing room upstairs is great for competitors! I recommend this gym!

Hidden gem!! 💎 The gym is tucked away from street view but once you enter the gym it’s filled with top tier hand picked equipment that most gyms don’t have. Their hack squat and leg press machines are the smoothest I’ve used. They also have a pendelum squat machine which most gyms don’t have. They have great glute equipment and their shoulder & back focused rooms are legit! A big plus for this gym is their sleek posing room upstairs with lights that mimic you being on stage for all you bodybuilding competitors out there! They even leave a tripod in the room so you can record yourself posing and take great pictures. The energy in there is awesome and the trainers have a wealth of knowledge regardless of what level of fitness you’re currently in. Proud to call this place my home gym!
