The best place for kids looking to start gymnastics. I have 2 boys (4 yo and 2 yo) and they attend the kindergarten class with Coach Imani. My kids cannot wait to go to gymnastics every week and absolutely love their coach! Coach Imani has so much patience and a huge heart when it comes to working with the littles. Facility is clean and very welcoming. Overall, 100/10!

UPDATE: I wanted to share an update on my experience. I really appreciate that the staff reached out so quickly to work with me and my child it made a big difference. It turns out he had been placed in a class that wasn’t the best fit for him, especially as a new student, and I’m glad we were able to make that change.
Old review:
I’m starting to feel like some of the coaches aren’t very invested in helping the kids actually learn. I’ve noticed that a few of them don’t have control of the class, and it’s frustrating that I constantly have to step in and remind my child what to do especially when I’m paying nearly $100 a month for less than an hour of instruction. I understand it’s a group setting, but when kids are running around and leaving the class without direction, it feels very unorganized.

I came to sign my toddler up and when I say I stood there for like 5-10 minutes and NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME! No one ask if I needed help! I just left very disappointed. I know this place hasn't been open long and its close to my house. One thing I hate is bad customer service.

We had a decent time when my son was enrolled in gymnastics and the ninja class. But my disappointment really comes from how they handled my termination of services. I provided double than a 30 day notice and I was told that since I gave more notice than needed I wouldnt be charged the last month that we couldn’t make it back in. However, my credit card was charged due to an error on their side. The administration told me, no problem I now have a credit for classes that can be used at any time. The more I thought about it, I realized This was unfair as is wasn’t my mistake, I asked for a refund and was told I could get a refund minus $25 fee. That fee should be covered by them since they made the mistake but, they said that’s not their policy. Well we can’t use the credits now because our schedules don’t allow and we are not in the area. I called And left a message and got a call back from Denise (I believe) who said she would help me figure out how to use 3 classes (should have 4), I called her back, left a message and never received a return call. This all to get about $70 back but a year later, several emails, missed and retuned called and I’ve lost more than that in the time alone. Just really disappointed for how it was handled and documented in their side.

We have an energetic 3 yr old granddaughter. It's crazy on rainy days or cold days when she runs around the house and climbs on the furniture. We brought her here to try. At first, she was in a small group and did ok. But the class grew and there are too many kids for the coach to handle. She ran off and played. It is a waste of money. We called and emailed the center to see about changing to a smaller class but after a week, still no response from the center. We will be canceling.

This gym has such a close knit community. The team is such a friend group even outside of the gym it is truly something special. The coaches are so kind and understanding, helping everyone grow at their own pace while pushing them to achieve their goals. While it can feel a little bit chaotic from time to time, it just makes the place feel very homey. I do recommend this for anyone trying to get a little bit outside their comfort zone and explore this sport.

My daughter started here a year ago, competitive group, and it is a wonderful close knit gym. It is run by a mother/son duo and they have been so wonderful and hands on in molding my daughter for the next step in life. The girls are true gym sisters and I could not have asked for a better gym in such a busy city. They make it feel like home.

They help the kids get what they want or need out of the class. It’s fun and a good place for the kids to run around. If they want to take it to a competitive level the opportunity is there. It can sometimes be a bit disorganized but that’s much better than a very rigid environment where everyone feels constrained. We’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and even moved but drive out of the way to come here. The owners are great and really care about the business and their clients. I highly recommend the summer and vacation camps! It’s our favorite part of the IGC experience and helped my kids feel at home at the gym.

Not impressed with the staff nor manager of this place. Had to cancel my child’s membership after not being notified of a closed facility. Other parents and I waited and attempted to contact them via phone to see why the facility was canceled and nothing was advised. Not a sign or phone call or email. The manager was very un pleasant with the solution she tried to provide for paying for a class my kid was not given. All she offered was to reschedule and it was my reason for cancelation.

Very unorganized I seen littles just fighting and disruptive in there class and the mother on her phone not even trying to help lone teacher get control of AT LEAST HER TWO SISTERS FIGHTING WITH EACH OTHER SO IM THINKING WHY PAY FOR MINE TO GET A CLASS THAT JUST TAKING CARE OF SOMEONES UNRULY CHILDREN SHES BEING ROBBED IN A SENSE SO I THINK ONE MORE TRY IF KEEPS BEING A BABYSITTING SITUATION WHERE OUT, LETS SEE IF IT CHANGES

We went to a birthday party here today. The facilities are very cool, despite the fact that the place is in an industrial park in West Sac. I was NOT impressed with the staff, however. The college-aged blonde girl in charge of coordinating the birthday party was very impatient with the kids. My 8-year-old is fairly introverted, and he's always a bit nervous in new environments. At one point during the "free play" chaos, he wandered into the wrong mat area and she yelled across the party, "Hey, you, get back with the others. You're not special. You're just a kid." I was pissed, but I didn't want to make a scene a our friend's party. My little guy decided to sit the rest of the party out with the grown-ups. So lame. Hence, this review.

This is THE place to have a party for any child at any age. I have had end of school parties here along with soccer team parties and my daughter has had her party here several times. She loves it and the kids always have a great time. Adults also get in on the fun by swinging on the trapeze, jumping on the trampolines, etc. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and they help you decorate and clean up afterwards, plus you can bring in any food you want! LOVE THIS PLACE!
