The Courses are good. However, their customer service is severely lacking. I had a payment taken out of my account from ISSA, but they couldn't find it. Account is current, but I'm locked out and nobody can help because they are "unable" to locate a payment. I own and manage 2 businesses, that doesn't just happen! I was told to send in my statement showing the payment, but nobody could tell me where to email it. I just keep getting the run-around from them.
