My kids just love Interstellar. Nate, the head coach and the owner, puts his soul in what he's doing and kids feel that. My older one (9yo) is in the team and he's always motivated and just loves the classes. I like the balance between the push to the better competition results and having fun. My younger one (4yo) just loves the fun hanging out there and jumping around.

I enrolled both our kids (ages 5 and 2) in gymnastics class and attended Saturday classes for about a month and a half. The kids overall enjoyed it and both could participate at the same time.
The owner later suggested moving our 5-year-old to a more advanced Tuesday class and assured us our 2yr old could attend at the same time. After switching within a few classes the instructors told us our 2yr old was “too young and not ready” (even though the class is listed for ages 1-3). He’s a typical energetic toddler and me or my husband were present in every class to help keep him focused. When I brought this up to the owner instead of addressing the issue, he said both of our kids “don’t follow instructions” including our 5yr old who is attentive and loves gymnastics. This was inaccurate, offensive and disappointing, especially since he admitted he hadn’t seen them himself that class (while I did).
The Tuesday classes were also very overcrowded compared to Saturdays. If safety or engagement is a concern, the gym should adapt its setup, not blame children for being age-appropriate. What made it worse is that the owner never followed up after that conversation - not to clarify or apologize.
We canceled our enrollment that same day. It’s disheartening to see a business handle families this way, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. We’ll be taking our kids somewhere that values honesty, respect and a true understanding of child development.

Interstellar is such a welcoming gym. Whether it is your first time ever stepping into gymnastics, or a seasoned pro, you’ll be treated as part of the family right away.
Nate is an incredible coach (and owner). Extremely dedicated, passionate, and patient.
If you’re looking for adults gymnastics that actually includes coaching (not just access to equipment and open gym) then this is your place.

One of few gymnastics gyms that offers adult classes. Nate is an amazing coach, fun, knowledgeable, can explain and demonstrate skills from simplest to advanced.

Great classes, awesome owner, and super friendly and silly coaches (serious when teaching the older technical kids). Thank you guys for making my son's time spent with you in the gym fun! (My 3-year old takes Tumble Tots and Little Ninjas. The kids are 3 ,4, 5, and 6 years old in the class and its perfect!) See you later this week!

My daughter started gymnastics with Coach Nate L. and Coach Nate B. when she was just two years old! We're so happy to see her progress from Parent-Tot to Tumble Tots. She's clearly in such capable and caring hands. All of the coaches are skilled and wonderful with the kids, especially Coach Anna. They have a great way of talking to the kids – nice and firm, encouraging and fun, while still challenging them to improve.
A special thank you to the owner, Nate L., who is both professional and passionate about teaching gymnastics to kids. He truly brings out the best in them!

I enrolled my child in Interstellar gym 3 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, creating a supportive environment for kids of all skill levels. The classes are very exciting and creatively built. My child looks forward to every session exercising 3 times a week and reached competitive level. I highly recommend Interstellar gymnastics to any parent looking to lead their child to the world of gymnastics in a positive way building strength and confidence for future.

I’m so glad my friend recommended Interstellar to me. When I saw the boys on the team doing all the cool flips and jumps, I knew that my son would be inspired. I like that the coaches have a new routine every time we come. They’re planning it to make sure the kids work on different skills. And my 6 y.o. daughter is being guided differently than my 10 y.o. son, even tho they started at the same level. Now he’s is ready to move to intermediate level. The owner is a professional coach and is passionate about gymnastics and teaching. He’s sweet and friendly with my daughter, and knows how to get attention from my son ( sometimes it’s hard for boys to focus 🤭). He pays close attention to the kids and knows to challenge them, so that way my son is not bored like at other places we’ve tried. And I appreciate the flexibility, we often need to move the time and day of the class or find a makeup class and it’s always easy.

I am disappointed in the bad experience that my 8 years old daughter had received at this gymnastics center. The disrespect by others she suffered due to wearing a hearing aid while practicing is entirely unacceptable. Learning that such behavior is instigated by coachs and also the center's owner is truly disheartening.
The demeaning language and inappropriate behavior are not only unprofessional but also damaging to the self-esteem of young learners. It is crucial for the owner and all coachs to understand the severity of this situation and promptly take measures to address and rectify this issue.

I wouldn't go here unless you are Russian. The coach seemed pretty discriminating/mentioned it's mostly Russian kids who come here and do well

This place is phenomenal and I’m not sure why it’s not more well known. Very small classes with an emphasis on exploration on the equipment and fun while some serious skills are taught. I wouldn’t say that it’s student lead, but it’s clear the instructors know how to enable self exploration and leaning into the kids’ interests safely. Our daughter loves it. The instruction is fantastic; no ego, just relaxed confidence.
This is inside a place called EVO gym, which might feel odd until you realize it’s genius. For $29 bucks a month I can work out in a very well-equipped weight and cross-fit gym while watching my daughter and even waving and talking to her across the pony walls.
Can’t praise this enough.
