Hasher is an incredible and experienced coach, and I would recommend him to just about anyone—whether you’re brand new to fitness, looking for personal training, wanting to gain or lose weight, preparing for a bodybuilding competition (male or female, competitive or not), navigating hormonal challenges, or simply looking for a supportive guide and friend.
Hasher is empathetic, hands-on, and meticulously detailed in each marker of his coaching, which I believe are all key markers when putting your body in the hands of someone else in the fitness space. As a competitive bodybuilding client, I’ve experienced firsthand how personalized his approach is: he creates detailed, tailored programs that align with each individual’s goals and needs with absolutely no cookie-cutter/one size fits all measures. I’ve been lifting for years and had made great progress on my own but I knew there was always something I was missing. Coach Hasher showed me I had much to learn from adjusting my macros so I can get my workouts in without feeling drained to helping me battle my sciatica and execute workouts I was scared of doing due to injuries in the past.
