Ioana is terrific. She knows every muscle group in the body and has an exercise for it. Furthermore, she explains exactly the effect of each exercise and why it is important. I'm in my early 70's. All of the exercises address balance, strength and safety. Plus, all exercises are tailored to my ability and needs.
She' sets a pace, builds confidence and is a delight to work with.

I can’t say enough great things about working with Ioana! From day one, she made me feel supported, motivated, and understood. What really impressed me was her ability to take complex topics to someone like me like dieting, meal planning, and habit building and break them down into easy to understand, actionable steps. Instead of overwhelming me, she gave me clear guidance that I could actually follow in my day to day life.
Ioana's customer service and attention to detail went far beyond what I anticipated and expected. She took the time to learn about my personal goals, my lifestyle, and even my injuries and limitations. Every workout was thoughtfully planned and, when needed, she adjusted the routines to make sure I could still participate safely and effectively. I have made more progress in gaining muscle and losing weight in 2 months, than i have in yearsss on my own.
I have been pretty active throughout my life, but always scared to weight train. I started in person training with ioana to learn what to do and not be scared, or get injured.
I now feel so confident selecting my weights, using all the equipment at the gym, including the cable machine and leg press which felt the most intimidating to me.
The gym environment is great, the workouts are fun and challenging, and the progress has been quicker than i have ever had on my own.
Ioana is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and she has taught me sooo much. Highly recommend if you're looking to start strength training with a personal trainer.

Ioana has been a wonderful personal trainer. When I first started with her back in January, I wanted to work on my strength, flexibility, and routine. I have made great progress with Ioana, and I’ve noticed the results in my stamina and in my everyday life. It’s great to have someone who truly cares about your progress and wants to keep seeing you get stronger. I started strength training with ioana to get stronger and be able to hike Vernal Falls in Yosemite. In the process I’ve gained muscle, endurance, lost 17 pounds, and confident not only in my ability to hike, but also how I feel and look. I no longer get tired after walking 10 minutes and can now hike 2 and a half hours. The workouts are fun, she is so easy to talk to, and biggest thing I’ve gained is learning how to workout and be confident in the gym.

Due to a workout injury that I had a few years back, I had stopped working out. I started feeling my body getting weaker and weaker and any little move would hurt. I decided that I needed to get back into strength training. I found Ioana and I'm so thankful that I did! I loved that she really listened to my concerns. After eight months of working out with her I see such a big difference in my body, most importantly in my strength. Not only is she a great trainer but she's so easy to talk to, it makes the workout fun and go by fast. I can't thank you enough, Ioana!!

I started personal training because I was interested in learning proper techniques when using machines and lifting. My ultimate goal was to learn how to build muscles the right and safe way. Through Ioana’s training, I learned not only that but also how to modify movements to target specific areas, and I gained a better understanding of my body. One of Ioana’s strengths is that she is very good at breaking things down to a decipherable level and has a wealth of body and fitness knowledge. I only ever felt encouraged while training with her.

I've been training with Ioana for over 2 years now. She's great at customizing training to your indicidual goals and restrictions.
Ioana is very friendly and positive and will make you feel at ease if you are nervous at all to get started. Her ability to explain different movements and how they should feel makes everything easier, and you feel assured you're doing it right.
Also, my schedule varies a lot and she has been the best at working with me to figure it out. I couldn't ask for a better trainer.

Working a very sedentary job, finding time for fitness was very difficult especially after Covid. I had felt very insecure about how much I had regressed in recent years and Ioana has helped me rebuild my confidence in the gym and has given me great insights on how to train safely and effectively. I’ve been training with Ioana on and off since 2022, and she has completely transformed the way I approach fitness. I used to feel intimidated by weights and machines, but she has given me so much confidence and always celebrates what I consider to be even my smallest wins. And I started small when 5lb weights felt like they were 100 each. I can carry even more now, and it’s exciting for me to watch my progress at my own pace.

I will never write another review for anyone when asked to until working with them long enough. Edit: Iona is a great salesman. I trusted her as an RN and woman to know what work outs would be best for my body and issues I’m having in my late 30s with no prior issues. She sounded very promising and enthusiastic and was great in the beginning. I would show up early every single session to her apartment complex gym (which she didn’t mention when I signed up/pictures show an actual gym) and she got lazy over time. My sessions weren’t full 30 min sessions per my apple watch I set manually from start to end. They would range from 20-25 mins. I was late one time after 8+ sessions w her and she advised me next time it would cost me the entire session and my session was cut to 17 mins (again, I time my work outs manually on Apple Watch). I didn’t wanna complain because I was desperate and trusting I would see results and some work out better than none. I was gaining weight and let her know. She assured me it’ll take some time. My diet is organic home cooked hate soda don’t drink coffee don’t like sweets naturally. Working out with her only raise my cortisol and the scale which I was assured is normal. I had to stop in November due to my health issues and contacted her to which she said we can pick up in January. January came I contacted her to ask what happens to my session I’m experiencing health issues still she send me back her cancellation policy which states sessions expire after 6 months. Ok that’s fine. But why did she advise I could come back in January knowing I signed up in June? November was already 5th month yet she agreed to pick up January. Very disappointing very not professional very lazy. Typical trainer only wants to get paid and do as little as possible.

Ioana is an incredible trainer that gets results. I’ve greatly improved in my fitness and overall health, which is saying a lot considering I used to think burpees were just something you apologize for after drinking a Dr. Pepper.
Both her training and nutrition services have been a game-changer. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, from workouts to meal plans, so it all feels understandable and achievable. She’s motivating, positive, and genuinely makes the process enjoyable.

I’ve done a lot of workout classes but never felt confident lifting weights and wanted to make more progress and build muscle.
I started off with in person training and now doing her at home program along side some of my favorite classes at the gym.
After working with ioana in person I’ve gained so much strength and confidence in the gym, I feel comfortable pushing myself, selecting my weights (which was one of the biggest challenges before), and feel like I get much more out of the classes I am doing on my own.
Some trainers and the gym can feel really intimidating so I was really happy to meet ioana. I love the gym setting, she is really great, friendly, easy to talk to and I felt comfortable learning.
I highly recommend working with ioana for anyone looking to build muscle and master weightlifting. Her personalized training program was spot-on for my goals, and her expertise in form and technique was what I needed most.

I've been working with Ioana for a little over a month and I'm starting to notice big changes in how I feel; how clothes fit, my current energy levels, how strong I feel and more.
I'm not a total novice in the gym, but I think personal training has given me a lot of advantages over just training by myself.
You get a guided approach from an expert, who provides you with a training course specifically suited to your own goals. You get someone to make sure you're maintaining optimal form and tempo for each exercise and also making sure you're resting and recovering properly. You get to train in a non-public gym with good facilities. Also, Ioana is cool, encouraging, and fun to train with.

Working with ioana has changed my life. Before starting to work together, I felt so stressed out and unhappy, had low energy, just diagnosed with pre diabetes, and ready to give up. So far I have lost 27 pounds, I feel confident in my routine and making food choices, we've worked on managing my work stress and daily routine, I have learned how to eat out with my friends and family and feel good about it, I;ve learned how to eat while on vacation, annd this is the strongest I have ever been and fastest progress I have made. I never thought that i can eat ice cream, go out with friends and drink wine AND still lose weight.
Ioana offers personal training, help with nutrition and online coaching which has been amazing because we can still work together even though I recently moved. I first started off with personal training 3-4 times per week and help with nutrition, and now transitioned to online fitness and nutrition coaching. I have been working with Ioana since late 2020. We were introduced through my daughter who had been training with her for a year and had achieved impressive results.
I live overseas but we connected online and discussed my initial goals. I am a fairly active person (hiking, skiing, doing triathlons) but needed someone to help me strengthen my body and get rid of those constant nagging injuries.
Over the past 3 years, Ioana has regularly developed programs that consider my busy traveling schedule and active lifestyle.
