Absolutely amazing to see all walks of life there to see all who where competing. I was very taken back with the welcoming Fletcher family and staff. It was a very motivating experience for a newby like me. Hope to go soon again with my husband. He has always wanted to work out there.

Best old school gum ever. The management, staff everybody are awesome. The vibes in this gym are amazing and u want “to grow”. Of course, CT is famous and good but just to tell you the truth “it doesn't matter cuz all the trainers his son, daughter and friends of the gym gave so much good vibes for this gym that the walls share these vibes all the time. Don’t workout here. Why?
- The trainers there, don’t own the gym at all.
- The trainers there aren’t there for the best interest of the customers who pay to have professionalism and class at all times
- There is cameras so the people who own the gym are watching from the cameras and the trainers there can’t lie because everything is shown on camera
- Be weary and careful of a trainer named Carl who is a narcissist and will take your money and not fully work you out and be in the gym to make a circus out of the all the females
- Be careful esp if you believe in God .. don’t train with trainers who don’t have a belief because they will fall for anything
- No supervision or person there who you can escalate your complaints to just in case as a customer you aren’t being treated fairly or professionally
- Be careful
- They don’t listen to the covid 19 rules, no distance and no masks in this gym!

I was visiting Palm Springs from NJ. I drove 1.5 hours to this gym thinking I could get a workout in. Pay close attention people. This gym is only open to the public Wednesday 6 to 9. Luckily I was able to drive to Zoo Culture in woodland Hills. I have no problem with the policy but they need to make that clear on their Google listing. I'm the type that when in a new town I google gyms near me. I already heard about the gym on YouTube and never once heard it waa not a public gym.

What do you say about a place that cares about you and your health. There is not a gym anywhere that can top this place. I had the awesome pleasure to meet C.T. Fletcher and he is the "TRUTH". A man that tells it like it is and pushes you to be the best that you can be. My trainer, Big Rob, is a massive beast that pushes you and don't give in to whimpers. If you're not serious, don't go! This place is straight beast mode from the time you step in the door and until you leave. As C.T says, "If you die, you have two minutes to recover" because "ISYMFS". I injured myself taking a gun from a guy at my church. I went straight into beast mode and handled the business. As soon as I heal, I'm back pushing the iron. "I'm going to war with the weights".
