I’ve been coming here for a while and honestly can’t say enough good things. All of the trainers are incredible - highly educated, professional, and really know how to customize each workout to what your body needs. It’s a private gym, so it never feels crowded or chaotic, just focused and motivating. The space is super clean and the equipment is top-of-the-line. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend it to anyone ready to be serious about their fitness!

Wasn’t aware what personalized training really meant. What Iron Body offers is much more than personalized training; coaches work with me on my exercise goals and nutrition. I then can see my progress through the on-site dexascan. I can’t recommend this gym enough.

I came to Andrew after having done cardio and Pilates 5 days a week for a year only to see my weight creep up each month despite having my diet dialed in. I knew I needed
to learn how to strength train. I had the goal of being able to do it on my own because if it worked, I need to be able to maintain it for life. Andrew patiently supported me through my frustrations and very quickly, I became stronger and my body began to change. I confidently feel that after 9 months, I could maintain this on my own but am excited by the progress I have achieved working with Andrew and plan to keep the momentum going. Andrew is a wealth of knowledge and adjusts the training as needed based on what is going on in my body whether it is hormonal changes, fat gain, injury, or even just vacations or lack of motivation. I was only planning on trying this out for 3 months. It’s a significant expense but I tell people all the time that the two best things I’ve ever spent my money on were my therapist and my personal trainer.

I was living in riverside at the time and stopped by Iron Body just to check it out and get a workout in. The facility was pristine with high end equipment. The staff were friendly and ripped so I knew I was in the right place. I worked with Andrew and he was very detailed, guiding me with his expertise which made a big difference, even on exercises that I thought I was well-versed with. This is a great spot if youre serious about getting stronger and want top quality in both trainers and equipment.

Andrew has built an amazing gym and team! I have been working with Martina for the last few months and I am a different person! From getting me moving pain free with more range to gaining strength and losing weight, I have reaped the benefits of being guided by such an astute, caring, motivating and knowledgeable trainer. She understands stress, posture, breath, mobility and building strength and conditioning in a way that is rare. I’ve worked with Andrew long ago on my bikini competitions who later became a mentor and friend. Hands down, and still an intellectual in the field and to this day I seek his guidance in all that I do both professionally and as an athlete.

If these people really want to get new clients, they should really answer the phone with the more enthusiastic and welcoming approach even if it’s over the phone Andrew answered the phone and it was just a zero customer service zero…… I love how they responded with a bunch of excuses for the terrible customer service, but I’m just not making up reviews and I wasn’t looking to chat. I was looking for information about the business. I work for a law firm. I know how to talk to people I’ve been in sales, my whole life. please save your excuses for those who have no customer service experience.

I couldn’t recommend “iron Body Fitness” high enough…I have had the opportunity to work with Paige and Andrew for the past few months and they have completely changed the trajectory of my health and fitness…
Their approach is empathetic but no nonsense…They are incredible at explaining each exercise and its importance in the overall plan…Andrew and Paige have assisted me with diet and overall lifestyle changes and I am so grateful.
My work doesn’t stop when I leave the gym…I get daily home exercise programs and even when I am on work travel…they have designed programs to what is available.
Iron Body Fitness is an incredible place with an exceptional staff…

I’m 46 and recently acceptant of the changes to my body as I age no longer allowing me to rest on my laurels of being athletic and/or my prior strategy of ‘just cutting back a bit and running a little extra’ to lean up. I came to Paige with a 16 week plan of dedicated focus - mostly to prove to myself I really had tried everything and when it didn’t work to make an appt to look into medication options. I started my program with her - tue and Thur 1 hour and a commitment to her post my dexa scan that I would maintain a certain calorie threshold and meet a higher protein intake. On her end she committed to match me with programmed workouts on the days not trained with her. By week three I already felt safe to share with her some of the long term issues that are always impediments in long term self care. She listened first. Then offered solutions for our current plan that were really plausible to continue long term with. By week eight I was seeing substantial changes in my strength because of a very strategic regime she programmed. I was starting to see physical rewards for the efforts. I was sleeping better. I felt - stronger and not just physically. 16 weeks was just our first chapter. I’m writing this review at that mark. I’m now already shifted into a 6 month goal and then a one year goal. I just did my check in and a new dexa and I am averaging 1 lb of fat lost a week. I have lost not a single ounce of my muscle. My body fat percentage is dropping. And it doesn’t really feel like work. Paige has programmed for me - specifically me and all my schedules - when i got laid over unexpectedly from a flight I sent her my hotel gym and she hit me back an amazing workout. When the same trip left me sick she coached me on how to still get movement but with respect for the healing my body needed. Paige hasn’t been able to slap food out of my hand / but she has been a welcomed place of support and encouragement when I’m navigating tougher choices to teach me long term sustainable skills. I suspect Paige is going to be a long term thing for me - and seems to be my new strategy - just instead of cutting back a little I’m eating way more protein and instead of just running a little more she has me on a path to lift heavy and jump more. I really like her, she commands respect in this arena. And I can see her helping all of her clients with the same care and tough support we all need to be on the path to our healthiest selves.

I worked with Andrew Serrano with a focus on powerlifting and the 3 main lifts (bench, squats, deads). Appreciated the thought he put into the workouts and his holistic approach to coaching which included sharing his knowledge on rest and nutrition. He also gave great advice on technique and tailored plans to strengthen weak areas and continue to build foundational strength. He was readily available when I had questions and is a great resource for anyone that is serious about investing the time and energy into building strength. Iron Body is hands down the best personal training gym in Newport Beach, and working with Andrew Serrano has been a game-changer for me. In under two months, he helped me go from never running more than six miles to completing my first half marathon—something I didn’t think was possible in such a short time. On top of that, he guided me to gain over 10 pounds of muscle in a way that felt completely sustainable.
Andrew’s knowledge of training is on another level. A couple of times, I felt an unusually tight lower back on one side, which in the past would have set me back for weeks or even months. But with Andrew’s targeted exercises and stretches, I was able to work through it in just days and keep training. His ability to pinpoint issues and adjust training accordingly is something I’ve never experienced before.
The gym itself is top-notch, with modern equipment and everything you’d need to hit your fitness goals. They even have a DEXA scanner on-site, which Andrew used to track my progress and make data-driven adjustments to my training.
If you're looking for a knowledgeable, results-driven trainer and a high-quality facility, I can’t recommend Andrew and Iron Body enough. Easily a 5-star experience!

I gave Iron Body a ring a few days ago and before it finished the first ring I hear “Iron Body this is Andrew how can I help you?” To which he answered all my questions and managed to spend nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me. Alfred is one of the greatest massage therapist I’ve ever experience.
My shoulder was killing me, causing me to have massive headaches. Made working and carrying my 13 month old made it so unbearable. Luckily I found Alfred.
When he was working, he took my arm and placed is elbow on my back. Started moving my shoulder and all I felt was “POP, POP, PAW!!!” I couldn’t believe the sounds and I couldn’t believe the amount of relief I felt afterwards.
