I’ve only taken two classes so far, and I have to say—top tier! Totally worth it. I loved the trainers—they’re super attentive and really make sure your form is on point. Two classes a week is all I need, so this setup is perfect. If you’re looking for a solid strength training class, this is the one!

I fell in love with weight lifting at Iron Method because of the structured exercises and consistency of training in every class. My favorite is Carolyn because she makes the classes so entertaining with her crazy energy that never seems to exhaust her. I love how she motivates by pushing my limits but never puts me down if I choose to take it easy. We all get a personal training in a class setting environment and don't pay an arm and a leg for it. All the Instructors are pretty amazing though with their unique training methods. I am very grateful to be part of the Iron Method community:)

I’ve been weight training at other places with Carolyn since 2016 (and before that spinning), but her own studio Iron Method is premier level training. It’s so good that even though I moved to the Westside, I still make her class a couple times a week. She is efficient, every week we switch things up to keep it fresh, she and her team of trainers do an excellent job correcting and improving my form and most of all it’s a lot of fun. I love working out with this group and have no intentions of finding something closer. My body is in way better shape than I could have hoped because of Iron Method.

I love this class so much! I started a year ago and had zero experience training and one year later, I feel so much stronger! This class is for all levels and it feels like personal training but in a fun group setting! I wish I knew about Iron Method earlier!

I am in my 40s and have been working out all my life and mainly doing pilates and other occasional classes. I came across this gem and it has changed my life as I have not lifted weights in decades. Caroline and her staff give EVERY single person in the class attention and I swear have eyes in the back of their heads. She makes sure your form is correct but that you are challenging yourself to get stronger and better. Their classes are fun, rewarding and the instructors are all wonderful. One of the best studios I have yet to find!

This is the best gym. I started in January of this year and did 2 days a week and became obsessed and now I’m in the gym 4-5 times a week. It’s like having a personal trainer but in a super supportive, encouraging and welcoming community. People of all ages, shapes, sizes and they make any accommodations if you need!

Iron Method is a truly amazing fitness studio! I've learned so much about strength training, and really fell in love with fitness thanks to the routines and trainers here. The classes are definitely challenging, but they're never boring, and I can say that I've been able to achieve a full body recomposition because of these classes. Iron Method is absolutely unique place with great atmosphere and never boring exercise routine. I never did weight lifting before and I am glad I tried this studio. I got addicted after my first class. Carolyn is amazing instructor, pays attention to every detail and demonstrates every exercise before starting it. Such an amazing class! It's like getting private training in a group setting. You learn proper form to avoid injury and learn to lift to your fullest potential. Carolyn is AMAZING! She makes class fun even when you're struggling through a workout. I love the class so much, I enrolled my son in the teen workout class so he could build a proper workout foundation. I truly am so happy to be a part of the iron method family! Carolyn is so lovely and the workout is SO effective and always challenging and engaging. The workouts are so thoughtfully aimed toward both challenging seasoned weightlifters as well as being able to be super approachable for beginners. The trainers are all so great - truly there is not even one trainer who I would not recommend - and are always ready to provide guidance or modifications or even a higher weight when you need one. There’s such an emphasis on good form and being a smart athlete which is so different from other studios that use weights where people are more likely to get injured or discouraged. Truly a one of a kind class from a one of a kind studio!

Iron Method is the real deal! The teachers are top notch, the equipment/facilities are clean + sanitized, and there are classes all day long to meet your schedule. The community at Iron Method is so welcoming, including the passionate fitness guru/owner Caroline!! My first class with Melissa was so much fun & she did an excellent job breaking down the exercises and correcting this newbie for safe form. At this time of life "lifting heavy" is the best way to maintain and build muscle mass... well, every time of life really. My recommendation -- GO, GO, GO... and I'll see you there!! P.S. They have a Teen class too, so you can start em early.

I have found my spot! After years of trying multiple forms of exercise - dance, pilates, yoga, circuit training, even weight lifting at other classes, IRON METOD is the only place that has given me true results.

I've always known the value and importance of strength training, but have never found the right place to really dig in and commit. Working out alone at the gym is difficult because it's hard to stay motivated, try new exercises and equipment, and get proper form; and other strength training classes I've tried have been much too fast paced, repetitive, and impersonal. I am obsessed with the format of Iron Method - personal training, but in a group setting. The instructors are fun, inspiring, motivating, and really help correct your form. It's never intimidating to try a new exercise or use new equipment - all the instructors are so hands on and happy to help walk you through any challenges or questions.

Because of Carolyn, Melissa, Andrew and Lexi the amazing trainers I've experienced at Iron Method, at 35 years old, and 5 months after having a baby, I can proudly say I am in the strongest I've ever been and in the best shape of my life! I look forward to every workout at Iron Method and am so grateful to have discovered this gym!

I am so pleased that my friend suggested that I join Iron method. I always wanted to weight lift but was always unsure and now I find that I enjoy it more than any other exercise session that I have tried. Carolyn is an amazing trainer that makes you feel welcome. I appreciate how she is able to teach an entire class while providing adaptions to those in need. Its truly a class for all body types and even disabilities, myself having a knee disability, she always finds ways to adapt and personalize the exercises routine giving me the just right challenge! We all need to do weight training, but it can be intimidating if you've never done it. Not at Iron Method! Carolyn and her instructors demonstrate each move in a detailed manner, and are patient, paying close attention to your form as you perfect each movement. I am always challenged, and each class is fun and different. I never look at the clock! And after training here for one year, my strength and endurance have increased tremendously. I've never felt better!

I love this studio so much. I have been coming regularly for about 8 months now. Carolyn and Melissa are both phenomenal trainers- I have learned how to properly lift weights without hurting myself and I have gotten so much stronger. Also, the studio and all the people who work here are so warm and welcoming- this place felt super comfortable even to someone who was relatively new to weight lifting and normally would have been intimidated by it. I am so happy that I found Iron Maiden! At first, I was intimidated by all the weights in the photos and even canceled my first class. I've always been a class junkie but was never into weights or personal training. Once I tried my first class, I was obsessed. I am over six months in and feel stronger than I've ever felt! You get the best of both worlds; It's like having a personal trainer in a class setting. Everyone in the studio gets individual attention to ensure they have proper form and are pushed to go outside their comfort zone.

All the trainers are excellent, and I couldn't ask for a better community.

Iron Maiden combines the personal attention of a one-on-one trainer with an incredibly supportive community. I get instructions on how to lift before we start, corrections as needed while working out, and encouragement from everyone in the class constantly. The instructors are professional but also fun. The routine changes every week so the workout is always fresh and just a bit unpredictable.

And the results speak for themselves: somehow Iron Maiden has made it easy and enjoyable to meet my weight loss, stamina, and overall fitness goals. Highly recommended!

I was convinced nothing could change my body anymore. Then I tried Iron Maiden Fitness. Seriously, Carolyn is so freaking motivational, knowledgeable and completely a blast to be around. This training is a MUST for all the not-quite-young-anymore-but-still-want-to-be-hot-and-strong-mamas out there. This new fitness studio is a find! Owner Carolyn Mcguire really knows her stuff. What I love about it the most is that everyone who takes classes is in different stages of fitness so it is inviting to all levels and all ages.
