As a dedicated personal trainer and fitness expert, I'm committed to empowering my clients through carefully tailored training programs that emphasize safety, precise technique, and personalized attention. Each program is designed to align with the unique goals and physical needs of my clients, ensuring their fitness journey is effective and fulfilling.
I am a strength training, weight loss and body transformation specialist, as well as a certified nutrition coach. 1-1 Training, Semi-Private Training, Group Classes, and Online Coaching are all available.

I worked with Kevin for about four months and had a fantastic experience. I had been advised to lose weight and build strength to help with chronic back pain, and Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive in designing workouts that were both effective and mindful of my limitations. He struck a perfect balance between pushing me and protecting my back. The only reason I had to stop training was due to return-to-office mandates, but I’ll absolutely go back to working with him if I get the chance. Highly recommend!

I met Kevin about a year ago and as a 14yr veteran of the fitness industry I can say that Kevin really knows his stuff. He is well versed in training techniques, kinesiology, program development and most importantly...getting results.

Kevin always puts his clients first and makes their programs his first priority in his life - he values his relationships which means he values keeping you healthy.

Lots of young trainers lack the ability to work around impingements that middle aged and older clients might have, but not Kevin. I have tested knowledge on many occasions (sometimes seeking advice for myself and my out of touch trainer body) and he has always come through with flying colors and his knowledge is dead on.

I would trust Kevin to train my kid, me or my parents. He knows what he is doing and he cares about it even more.

As someone who has been going to the gym and lifting weights for over 12 years, I was initially skeptical that Kevin could teach me anything that I didn't already know. However, Kevin asked me to make minor tweaks to my technique (such as utilizing leg drive while benching, engaging my lats while deadlifting) that have allowed me to break through some of my plateaus. He never pushed me to anything unsafe or was too pushy. He just had clear timeline of goals I had and based on those he Catered my sessions to reach those goals.
