I have been at ITG for about a month now and have enjoyed every minute of it. Coach Bob is very dedicated to what he does and always make sure we do our best in whatever we are doing. I honestly can’t thank my coach and this gym enough. When I first started, I didn’t feel confident at all, but my coach pushed me, motivated me, and reminded me of what I’m capable of. Little by little, I’ve not only lost weight, but I’ve also gained so much confidence in myself again.
What makes it even better is the girls at the gym—they bring so much fun and positivity that it never feels like I’m doing it alone. We cheer each other on, laugh through the workouts, and that energy makes it so much easier to stay motivated.
This place has truly changed the way I see myself and what I can do, and I’m so grateful to be part of it. 💪❤️

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and it’s been amazing. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and gained so much strength through the hardcore weightlifting classes. The coach pushes you in the best way, and the workouts are always challenging but worth it.
I also love training with the other girls here—we motivate each other, work hard together, and keep each other going. The community makes a huge difference.
If you want real results and a supportive place to train, this is the gym for you!

I joined iron therapy gym two years ago joining this gym has truly changed My life and completely transformed the way I left. I’ve learned so much from Coach Bob, his knowledge guidance and support have pushed me to new levels I didn’t think I could reach. I am beyond grateful for everything he’s taught me. what I also love is the energy in the classes. Everyone motivates each other and it feels like a real community, the atmosphere makes working out fun while still pushing you to give your best. I genuinely look forward to every session and I couldn’t recommend this gym more. I never felt more supported or inspired in a gym environment, such as IRON THERAPY!!!!

Best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve been training here for 3 years, even during my pregnancy, and always felt amazing. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and Coach Blanca is the best personal trainer, she is knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. I joined IGT after having my first baby because I wanted to feel stronger and get back into shape. What I really liked was that it wasn’t a big crowded gym. It felt private and I had the chance to work with trainers who really knew what they were doing- Bob is amazing. He’s super knowledgeable and passionate, and he really takes the time to teach proper form. Blanca was also great to work with and I loved the smaller morning group classes.
Classes can run longer, sometimes close to 2 hours since they’re structured like true strength sessions with lifting, coaching, and rest. It’s definitely more of a trained group class than a quick workout, so knowing the commitment upfront is important but guaranteed always a great work out!
I was at IGT for 4 years, and in that time I not only got stronger but also gained a lot of confidence. The only reason I stopped was because life got busy with my second baby, and the class times didn’t work with my schedule anymore. But if you’re looking for a place to build strength and learn the right way to train, ITG is where it’s at!

I’ve been part of Iron Therapy Gym since first week of February and the reason I got to join the gym was because my sister told me about it, she has been a memeber of this gym for over a year and she loves it. I’m glad I joined because coach Bob has helped me get better at working out. He guides everyone to do works outs the right way and pushes you to your limit, which is one of many things I like about his training. He shows that he cares for his clients and tells you exactly what he expects from you every day you come in for a work out. He wants to see results in you. He is just great. Also I love the people I work out with , everyone is friendly.
