I started working with Isaac back in March of this year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. As someone who has been lifting for around 10 years, I learn something new from Isaac all the time. He has improved my mobility and functionality, my strength has improved greatly, and I have been injury free since the first month we started working together. BEST TRAINER EVER!. I have been working with Isaac for over 3 years. His personality and process have made it a dream reaching my goals. Results:
1. Helped me fully recover from two total hip replacements, concentrating on strength and flexibility.

I’ve been working with Isaac for about 3 years now. I’ve worked with several personal trainers in the past and I’d have to say Isaac is by far my favorite. I started off with him doing just stretching, then he became my personal trainer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about helping you meet your goals. He understands every person is different, and as such their unique needs. He knows exactly ever exercises work best for you, and is constantly changing them up to keep it interesting. I've been working with Isaac for 2.5+ years now and he's been a critical part of my training and recovery from multiple recent knee surgeries. I played college soccer and am used to training at a high level, but needed to make some adjustments after the knee injuries. Isaac has helped me not only recover much of what was lost, but also get stronger and smarter about several elements of my training. Isaac is an expert at incorporating movements and dynamic exercises that go beyond traditional bodybuilding style lifts, introducing me to new exercises to improve my mobility, explosiveness and general athleticism. He strikes a great balance between being a close friend that I can easily converse with, while also knowing how to push me to get the most out of each session. I can't recommend Isaac enough for personal training or mobility, no matter if you are new to training or an experienced athlete!

I've been training with Isaac now for about 9 months. Before seeing him, I'd never seen a personal trainer, and I felt confident to push myself through workouts on my own training plan. However, after multiple surgeries and countless rounds of physical therapy over a decade that weren't yielding long-lasting results for my shoulder instability, I decided to try working with Isaac after a referral from a friend.

Isaac's close attention to form balanced with his meticulously thoughtful approach to strengthen for my specific issue has shown me results that I was starting to lose hope were possible. Prior to working with Isaac, I'd injure my shoulder as a soccer goalkeeper on a near monthly basis, despite following my physical therapy routines exactly. After a few months of working with Isaac twice a week, I was able to target and strengthen key weak points in my shoulder stability & mechanics, and ultimately build back confidence to improve my play on the field without frequent injury. At 33 years old now, my shoulders feel more stable than when I was playing at 20.

I highly recommend Isaac as a trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and based on my experience and other reviews I've seen here, he is very good at custom tailoring a plan for every individual he works with. Thank you Isaac!

I’ve been going to Isaac for maybe around 2 years as my stretch and mobility coach and he’s improved these things for me so much.
