Incredible experience at this gym. I got my phone stuck in the locker room and two employees that were working the night of 2/6/25 helped me immensely. They had no obligation to, yet went above and beyond to help me recover my phone. Definitely wouldn’t get this level of customer service at any other gym. Additionally, IVFC has a very chill environment and always keeps me coming back to workout again. 10/10 will keep coming to this gym.

WOw, Christina Miranda, i experienced something similar.., I joined IV Fitness located on Wake Avenue in El Centro in January 2019. I used it up until I went on an Emergency deployment to the Middle East in August 2019. Upon returning in January 2020, I went into the gym to check the status of my membership. I wanted to see about canceling my membership for the time being since I had gotten hurt while gone. Not only had they taken my money for the months of August, September, October, November, & December,
They also informed me that in order to cancel, I would have to pay an additional $35 for January that included a late fee. I was like “wow”, you guys really going to Gouge me like this. I was then told that I need to fill out a form to cancel and that Veronica would call me back to finalize everything. Over a week later (Today Jan. 30th 2020), I get a call back finally from Veronica telling me that I had to pay the $35 and there was nothing she could do about. REALLY IV Fitness, you losing a customer and future customers over $35 after charging me for 5 months while I was gone. Again, it’s not the money, it’s the principle in the fact that she didn’t even offer to meet in the middle, or to resolve the situation with more continuity considering the circumstances. Such bad business, and needless to say, I won’t be giving this IV Fitness money hungry location any more of my business, nor will they receive any of my fellow MARINEs business. They also informed me that they would send me to Collections so, While on the phone, to avoid collections, i reluctantly paid the $35 dollars with my debit card, and ended the Phone Con. As a US MARINE, we live by the Motto, “SEMPER Fi” which is Latin for “Always Faithful”, to bad they don’t live by such a motto!
I hope my $35 and the rest of the free money, helps them to keep the lights on, obviously they needed it more than I did. It’s really to bad!

I use to give this gym 5 stars, today I was told that I had a balance of over $300. We canceled pre covid . I was called once after the all the restrictions was told I had a & balance of $8 and then was told they updated their system now I was told they they just updated their system again and that's what it's showing. I highly recommend if you go somewhere.

Was great at first, but then I started to realize all the things that are destroying this business from inside out. Machines are old but work very good, Although I can't say the same for the upholstery of the machines. Most of the upholstery is falling apart slowly but surely. And there's never enough small plates like 5lb or 10lb ones. There's a couple machines that have been broken since I first started going about 6 months ago. It rained not too long and the ceiling is tiles are collapsing and growing mold and you can feel the fiber glass pokokg you while you work out. Restrooms are never clean or always missing paper towels or toilet paper. Soap is always out. Disinfectant bottles never work properly. This gym could be a big money maker but it's like the owners don't seem to care to invest in it. Wish I could keep going but I'm done putting up with everything it stacks up and you realize what your paying isn't worth it. I downgraded to a smaller gym but it's very clean and better maintained. IV fitness charges you a month even when you cancel. In other words cancel a month before you are going to cancel or else you'll pay the month you will stop attending. They said they would refund me my last month since I wasn't going anymore and they still haven't done so "managers word".

Great venue for intense lower body workouts.. Barbell Olympic plates.. Dumbells in excess of 110lbs.. Not too many muscle heads to cause over-crowding for the most part.. all around a blue collar; decent place to get a pump.

My favorite gym in el Centro! Very friendly, kind staff. Place is always clean. Lots of great equipment and different workout rooms. Pool is nice. Basketball court etc. As a women I have never felt uncomfortable working out here!

From a Silver Sneakers couple, I V Fitness is an awesome place to go for your fitness & get your exercise routine in. Lots of machines in different rooms, & having your own personal trainer motivates us & gives expert direction on which machines to use for the change ups in our routines & also how to properly use them without injury. The facilities have always been clean, and love their staff! Staff always courteous, forthcoming on how they can help anyone at any time. Thank you I V Fitness.

Great gym, the pool is great, the only heated pool in the area, perfect for laps. Spinning and Yoga classes are great also, the equipment and exercise areas are always clean and weights are organized. My favorite part has to be the staff, always friendly and welcoming! I think this gym offers a lot, go and get a tour or a day pass to check it out!

Awesome..It's not only a gym, It is a fitness club. Junior passes available and only $25 a month. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, facilities are clean( jacuzzi, sauna and pool) and Monday through Friday hours are perfect! Day Pass is only $10 and you can use anything! Pickle Ball is pretty Kool Too, my girls love it!
