When I began my personal training journey with Autumn, I had two major goals that I wanted to achieve:
1. Learn how to work out in a way that is safe and practice good form to prevent me from injuring myself after having a lot of issues with my knees due to previous injuries from years of competitive dancing.
2. Get in better shape and gain more confidence in myself and my body before my wedding day, which was set to be about 6 months after I started my personal training sessions.
Autumn helped me achieve both of those goals and so much more. I used to think that the number I saw on the scale mattered more than how I actually felt physically and mentally, but Autumn helped me learn how to feel more confident in myself and realize that “getting into better shape” doesn’t necessarily correlate with the number I see when I step on that scale. Even after my wedding day, I decided to keep training with Autumn and continue my fitness and wellness journey with her because I am still learning so much from her and I have developed more personal goals for myself that I didn’t even imagine I would have had over a year ago when I started to work with her. If you are even slightly considering wanting to work with a personal trainer to help you achieve your own personal goals, I highly recommend you schedule a session with Autumn and give it a try.

Autumn is amazing! I wanted to get stronger after having not been working out for a few years and having some old sports injuries. She is quick at making adjustments if I feel any pain or discomfort while continuing to strengthen my weak points. She is not judgmental and very understanding when I don’t have time to workout on my own but still pushes me to improve when I have a session with her. I’ve made so much progress thanks to her and always look forward to seeing her! The studio she’s moved into is great too, it’s pretty well stocked and spacious.

I have had numerous personal trainers at 24 hr fitness over the past 30 years and Autumn is the best and the only trainer I have followed to her own fitness studio. What sets her apart is her caring, trusting and personable approach that focuses on the needs of the individual. As a senior in my late 70’s she tailors our sessions to my needs and goals including overall strength to improve balance, posture, and coordination. As a result, I feel more confident in my daily living routines. Autumn also challenges me as I always leave with my “ homework” to prepare for next session. As a senior it is so important for me to be both physically and mentally fit to meet my everyday challenges. Thanks Autumn for giving me the plethora of exercise tools to keep me healthy and young at heart.
