I decided to try out Aerial Yoga and Pilates reformer at this place. My initial impression was a bit intimidating since I hadn't been working out for a while. However, I decided to give it a shot. They offer a membership fee for Yoga and Aerial Yoga, while Pilates reformer is paid by the class. The studio has various instructors for Aerial Yoga, regular yoga classes, and Pilates reformer. Additionally, if you sign up for monthly yoga (including Aerial Yoga), you can even join the belly dance class on Saturdays. It's a lot of fun! I also found the owner, Lilian, to be very down-to-earth!

非常难得iyoga studio离我工作的地方较近的瑜伽馆，下班后，尽量每周保持两到三堂瑜伽课，原来肩颈痛缓解了许多。肌肉也在缓慢的增加中。谢谢老师的耐心指导。感恩遇见了瑜伽。

和老師學習瑜珈有兩個多月了。我每周堅持上三到四次課，在課上練習中，Lillian老師對我們的每一个體式進行糾正和調整。看起来很簡單的體式，其實做起來不太容易。所以身體的很多部位都感覺酸痛，但放鬆後，身體卻感覺非常舒服，每節課後都感覺身體輕鬆了很多。
無論是靈活度，平衡感和肌肉力量，都改善了很多。謝謝老師的耐心指導！感受最深的是我們要堅持練習才有效果，不要輕易放棄[Joyful]💪

My wife attends Zumba and she loves it . The Zumba instructor is great ! The studio is pretty and roomy. My wife would go to iyuga as her routine exercise weekly . She felt enjoyable , relaxed , energetic , and more feminine :) 💕💪

New Open Yoga class location. Everything is new and clean. Mini class since just started, so benefits for students like private teaching. I like teacher will correct my posture, so I just enroll monthly membership today! Highly recommend! 👍😊❤️
