The foundation of my system is the personal support I offer my clients. I’m available to my clients both in and out the gym. I started with Jeremy in November of 2023 at 160lbs. Within 6 months I lost 20lbs and I'm currently down to 130lbs and holding strong! Jeremy is a great trainer and person. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and truly cares about his clients. I credit the weight loss to the daily meal check-ins where Jeremy provides guidance on meals and portion sizes. I've really learned over the years how to make healthy choices. Jeremy also makes working out fun and easy. He tells you exactly what to do, how many reps, and what muscles should be feeling the burn. If you have any limitations Jeremy will also work with those. I have tennis elbow that flares up now and then and Jeremy tailors my workouts so I don't use my elbow and it can heal. Overall, I rate Jeremy 5/5. If you're on the fence, just take the leap, and invest in yourself. It is 100% worth it and just know you can do it! =)

Jeremy is the best personal trainer! I've been training under his guidance for over 14 years and he's seen me through many seasons of life - college, marriage, babies, and more. Whatever your goals, he knows how to help you achieve them. He's helped me get rid of bad habits, he's helped me lose the baby weight, he's helped me mentally overcome just working out at different times. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and I’ve noticed real results. I’ve gotten stronger, more confident, and actually look forward to working out. Everyone who trains with J stays. He's family, and no one who actually trains with J would say differently. You won't get the care and attention anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

I’ve been working with Jeremy for several years. I can tell he cares about me as a person as well as a client. He understands the importance of routine, but understands and is supportive when life gets in the way. Beyond that, I’ve lost over 20 pounds, then gain muscle, and feel more fit and stronger than I ever have in life. In my forties no less. This wouldn’t have been possible without Jeremy’s support. Jeremy is a trainer that believes and lives by principle. He's knowledgeable and straight-forwarded. My training was via zoom three times weekly. On those days we didn't meet, I still had a regimen to follow. There was days I was rebellious and didn't want to exercise but he gave me a reality check and I push through. In the 3 months I trained with Jeremy, I lost 23 lbs and gain confidence. A better mindset and definitely a better body.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! Save your money and time coming to this trainer. Jeremy rushes workouts because you only have exactly 30 minutes to get in weight training, which is dangerous because he doesn't focus on form. He had me walk in and start deadlifting 125 lbs, which hurt my back so badly I needed physical therapy. And to top it off, he told me that "it's normal to feel back pain after doing deadlifts" If your trainer tells you BACK PAIN IS NORMAL, RUN!!!! Do not walk, RUN!!!!! Then when I tried to be nice and ask for my money back since I can't workout during PT, he bullies me with intimidation. I am telling you, it's not worth it. You're better off getting an Equinox membership and doing it yourself. At least then, you won't be rushed to finish training in exactly 30 minutes.
