I can’t recommend Jack’d enough. I have always felt intimidated by the gym and workout classes. After many years of chickening out, I finally called Jack 5 months ago. He was so positive and supportive from the minute we started talking. There is no judgment, just gentle encouragement all of the time and I actually look forward to going!
Jack and Michelle listen carefully and make adjustments based on how I’m feeling.
Lastly, the other people in the classes have all been genuinely wonderful. I have never consistently met so many nice people- of all ages and abilities. I think that’s really a testament to Jack for creating such a fantastic environment for training.

Jack is the best! As a former athlete himself, he truly understands movement and what it takes to build a healthy, pain-free lifestyle. I came to Jack with persistent lower back and hip pain that I hadn’t been able to resolve—even after months of yoga, stretching, and trying to fix it on my own. Jack is a phenomenal trainer. I have worked with him for about four months and am now significantly stronger, better educated on injury prevention and nutrition, more confident exercising, and overall healthier than when I first started training. Jack helped me understand what the training was doing for my body, which motivated me to continue the workouts, and he made the workouts a joy. Jack is upbeat, encouraging, and genuinely enjoys helping people, whether with their fitness goals or otherwise. 10/10 recommend.

My partner and I have been training with Jack once a week for a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. He’s always on time, super accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. I've been training with Jack for almost half a year now, and I couldn't be happier. Jack is very professional and always lets me know the plan before each session. Before working with him, I used to feel discomfort in my left knee during squats, but now I can do bodyweight squats completely pain-free. I also love how he programs supersets thoughtfully and focuses on working at a solid intensity (7–8/10) instead of just chasing failure every time. Highly recommend!

My twin sons started working with Jack prior to beginning high school. Six months later I started seeing Jack once a week. After years of trying to overcome knee pain when I run, Jack taught me how to strengthen my legs and now I don’t have any pain in my knee. I was about to give up on the idea of running again…and because of Jack I am back to running on a regular basis. My boys have learned a tremendous amount from Jack about how to exercise (“Engage your core!”), proper form, and nutrition. He takes an interest in my sons and he is a terrific role model. All of us are stronger, faster, and more agile/flexible because of our 3 years of training under Jack’s tutelage!

Jack has been my trainer ever since I moved to San Jose two years ago . He has guided me through nutrition how important it is to fuel my body and also guided me on my workouts. Especially when my formation is wrong he corrects me and tells me where I go wrong. He also build a program around my needs and wants which was very beneficial as I am very independent and could workout on my own.I would highly recommend you contact Jack if you trying to loose weight, feel confident going to the gym and for strength training.

My training experience with Jack has been great! He created a training regimen that addresses my physical challenges (senior citizen with a bad knee) and is so patient when he reminds me of positioning for certain exercises. He mixes in new exercises and changes up my regimen to keep it fun and interesting. His positive energy and passion for sharing his fitness knowledge is contagious whether a serious athlete or a senior wanting to be able to pick up grandkids without wincing. I think his strength as a trainer is not only his fitness knowledge but his ability to relate to teens, young adults, parents and seniors!

My husband and I have been working out with jack for the last three years and can’t recommend him enough! He is awesome in that he meets us where we are, including through pregnancy/postpartum and injuries, and does great to both adapt to where we are but also encourage us to push ourselves. I really appreciate jacks focus on functional movement, with a good balance of strength, cardio, and stretching. We can see measurable improvements in our posture and strength. Jack is also just fun to train with- he always brings a great energy (and playlist) to every workout!!

I am a recent breast cancer survivor and wanted to regain strength, mobility and just an overall healthy mind and body. Jack understood all of this and structured my workouts specific to my abilities while also challenging me. Today, I feel stronger than I have in years. My soccer player daughter went to Jack this summer for conditioning workouts. He pushes her at every workout while also encouraging and cheering her on. Jack is one of the nicest and most genuine guys around so we were instantly comfortable with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a knowledgable and skilled trainer.
