My approach is supportive, motivating, and rooted in long-term results. I offer one-on-one training, small group sessions, and virtual coaching to fit your schedule and lifestyle. Jackie is the best! He's incredibly personable, motivating, and patient.
Jackie was my trainer from 2021 to 2022 which was not the prettiest time of my life. I struggled with body image and creating/maintaining general health goals. Fast forward to now - I am a competitive weightlifter and so happy with my body and health. This wouldn't have had happened without Jackie's help. He was so supportive and encouraging to try olympic weightlifting; he was a wonderful help in that life transition as well.
Jackie did a fantastic job helping me understand what I was looking for in general health/fitness goals and tailoring my program to those goals. He always knew how to push me through workouts while being encouraging (which is really hard to find with many coaches and trainers). We were able to get my body fat percentage from 28% to 22% in a few months and I remember being so excited. I felt stronger and more confident in the gym and in daily living.
He genuinely finds so much joy by helping others through fitness. He would be a great coach to have regardless of where you are in your journey :)

Been working out with Jackie for a few years now! He's extremely reliable and knows when to push me, always providing clear instructions. He can adapt the workout to injuries or the equipment available in five seconds. He's also just a great guy all-around and fun to hang with!

My doctor was telling me I needed to lose weight and get my health under control because I was at risk of type 2 diabetes. I knew I needed to find an answer because I did not want to take medication. Then I started working out with Jackie. He taught me how to eat better and learn how to be more consistent with exercising. He was very flexible with my time schedule and was always there to encourage me.
Outcome:
Now, I’ve lost about 30lbs and was able to get my health under control. I am no longer pre-diabetic and do not need to take any medication to maintain my weight. I highly recommend Jackie as your fitness trainer!

Trustworthy, Reliable, Empathetic and a good listener. These are a few of the qualities that Jackie offers. Gym , diet and exercise were words that triggered my anxiety. Working with Jackie has helped me recondition my mind to see the gym , diet and exercise as something positive . I've been training with Jackie for almost seven months, and the transformation has been incredible — not just physically, but mentally too. I've lost weight, gained strength, and most importantly, I've been able to train consistently without aggravating my ongoing back issues.
One of the main reasons I looked for a trainer was because I kept injuring myself when working out alone and didn’t feel confident in the gym. Thanks to Jackie’s close attention to proper form, I haven’t had any back pain from our sessions. He’s also taught me how to train safely on my own, which has been a huge boost.
Beyond his skills, Jackie is simply a great person to spend time with. I genuinely enjoy our sessions, and it feels good to support someone who brings so much care and professionalism to his work — and who's also supporting a small family. Highly recommend!
