I have been working with Jackie for a year now (remotely, I might add) and I don't even think words can express how good she is. I found Jackie through BeyondMacros after having worked with another remote coach that basically just used a cut and paste program. I was very dis-satisfied with what happened to my body, but after reading about BeyondMacros and their macro coaching I had hope.
Jackie is VERY VERY thorough. The whole time I worked with her, I always felt like she was right there with me, even though I was in SF and she was in LA. She monitored my food log and even got down to the nitty gritty of suggesting when to take my protein shakes, the best time to eat fruit, how to make better alcohol choices, and so much more. She would see my eating patterns and notice I had sweet cravings and would suggest alternative foods, but the best part was that she asked me why I was eating those sweets to understand my behavior in order to make recipe suggests or just alternate food suggestions to help me ween myself off of sweets. My vice is ice cream and I still have it from time to time, but my sweet tooth has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. She has taught me so much about food and how it fuels my body.
My biggest struggle is having a very active social calendar and a TON of travel for work. Jackie has helped me immensely in preparing for my work trips so that I don't get off track and even if I do, how to pick back up. Each time I traveled I got better and better at preparing and tweaking my habits. I was able to take a month off to snowboard in Japan and was able to maintain my weight loss/gains even though I was not able to workout. THAT WAS HUGE! Eating out is a big de-railer and I can now effectively eat out and not throw away all my efforts. It has been life changing.
Jackie also helped me work on my fitness goals. I have NEVER been able to do a pull-up. She put together a plan for me and by the end of it, I did not think I would be able to do it, but i successfully was able to do 2 inward facing pull ups and 1.5 full pull ups. She also put together 2 different types of workouts for me to do at home in between my Orangetheory workouts...AND when I had to travel for work with no access to a gym, she put together a customized weightless workout program I could do on my own. Whatever goal you have for yourself, she is there to help you achieve them. I am sad to take the training wheels off, but after all the knowledge Jackie has taught me, I feel confident that I can continue to maintain this lifestyle! I cannot thank Jackie enough for coming into my life.
JACKIE: I hope you know how special you are and how far your reach is even though we have never met in person. I want to thank you for ALL of your support, knowledge, guidance, and love throughout this past year. Extremely thankful I worked with Jackie to get my nutrition on track. For years it was the one piece of the puzzle that I struggled with. After working with her I feel confident in the food choices that I make on a daily basis, even though I was already fully educated on what was “healthy”.
Her motivation and knowledge made the program very easy to follow and helped creat realistic, long term, sustainable goals. I dropped weight, my performance at the gym became better and my sleep was much deeper. No complaints. Would absolutely recommend working with Jackie.

If you’re looking for a trainer in the Venice/LA area that not only knows their stuff but also genuinely cares about you and your progress, look no further than Jackie Tadych. I’ve been working with Jackie on and off for close to 3 years and felt at ease with her from my very first session. Jackie takes the time to program creative workouts that are tailored to each individual’s unique goals and capabilities. She also thoroughly explains and demonstrates each exercise and keeps an eagle eye on technique and form during the workout – something I value immensely. I always leave each session feeling stronger, more confident and more than a little bit sweaty. Most importantly, it’s clear that training and coaching are far more than “just a job” for Jackie - she is personally invested in your health and wellness journey and that is worth everything.

I have been with Jackie for almost 2 years now and I am always impressed by her dedication, attention to detail and enthusiasm, every single time. She is very innovative when comes to the work out programming. Every time is a new work out, there is always something new to learn. I appreciate her energy and how much she really wants me to succeed. On top of all of that, she always gives me nutrition and lifestyle guidance to reach my goals. Jacke was my personal trainer when I restarted doing CrossFit. I was not really in a good shape and I was afraid of not being able to do the exercises. The one month of personal training was really good, I gained confidence that I could do the exercises again, I learned how to do all the exercises properly! Thanks, Jackie!

Jackie has been a long time friend. I had some injuries and a really rough time getting my life together to get back into shape. She came up with an entire diet plan that was super simple and easy for me to log that will help me long term. She watches my daily food intake through MyFitnessPal app and started me out with solid workouts. I've already gained muscle and lost fat. Only a few weeks left on my first cycle of training with her and I already feel better than I have in years!!! She's amazing and genuinely cares about your progress and goals. It is rare to find someone with all of the experience, and skills that actually cares.
