I've been riding a bicycle and noted this place, and decided to see what is it. Most of them have dance classes for kids, and only 1 for adults it's Ballet. They told me probably going to open some other classes for adults, I looking forward.

My adult tap class meets every week. I have been attending for 8 years or more. We work on steps and combinations, then learn a routine though the year! It's a fun group of us mostly laughing at ourself trying to get the right sound from our tap shoes. Its lightheated fun and a good sweaty workout. We have the best teacher Ms. Jacque. It is a great place for kids to learn the art of dance and since your there you might as well join🙂

Jacque’s Dance Expressions is so much more to us than a dance studio. The people have become our family. My daughter has been dancing here since she was 4 and we have loved every moment. From her first jazz class to now being on competition team, it has been amazing. Also, Jacque is incredible! Her adult tap class is the most fun thing I’ve done in a LONG time. She’s so fun, loving, and works us hard. Ha! No place we’d rather be than Jacque’s.

When we started our journey of dance my girls were 3 and 5. We chose Jacques because they offered a million classes. It was easy to find a class that fit into our crazy work schedule. I never realized when we started how much this studio would mean to my kids.

Jacques has become a second home to my girls over the last few years. It truly is a second family to us. The teachers are amazing. If your kid is having a hard time and melting down because something is to hard, they take the time to encourage them not to give up. If it wasn’t for Mrs Jacque my daughter would never have returned to Lyrical after her first day. Now its her favorite class.

Thanks to the studio my kids were able to continue their dance classes during The first months of Covid. They spent a couple minutes during every class letting the students just talk and interact with each other. This brought a lot of daily normalcy during quarantine. Thank you Jacques Dance Expressions for everything you do.

Jacque's DanceExpression is the best! It is such a great studio. The teachers are very professional and truly care about their students. Wonderful staff and family-friendly atmosphere.
My daughter loves it here and has made lifelong friends. Her dance teachers Ms. Janelle and Ms. Jacque have not only taught her dance but helped build her confidence up. They offer many different styles of dance to try and have a great dance team

Jacque’s Dance Expressions is a wonderful environment for children who want to dance, perform, and make lifelong friends. My daughter has taken multiple classes every year at Jacque’s since starting in the Toddler Express class in 2007. Ms. Jacque is passionate about dance and encouraging young people to be the best version of themselves. Dance has increased my shy daughter’s confidence. Now on the Team JDE competition team, my daughter has received awards from outside choreographers and judges based on her excellent ballet and jazz technique. Thank you to Ms. Jacque and Ms.Janelle and all the staff for being so knowledgeable, kind and encouraging.

I think Jacque's is probably the best in Yuba City for kids interested in competitive dance; but because of this it is also the most popular. This isn't always a bad thing, nor is upper level student teachers; however, my daughter and the 2 or 3 other girls in her class are put in a room parents cannot watch and that is not only disconcerting but frustrating...thus my 3.
