Each workout is 100% customized, results-driven, and designed to meet your unique goals. You’ll feel supported and encouraged every step of the way, whether training in person in Culver City or virtually via FaceTime.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Jade blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset to help women embrace self-care and cultivate lasting wellness. Her passion for movement and holistic health shines through in every session, inspiring her clients to build not just stronger bodies, but also a deeper love for themselves.

Where do I even start? I found Jade on instagram back in 2023 and immediately knew she was the one that was going to help me. After our initial consultation, I signed up for personal training with her twice a week. After the first few sessions I was hooked and started training with her three times a week! Just some background on me - I have never been big or overweight , was very active in high school and had a naturally curvy body. However, when I met Jade at 32 life had taken over and I was 300 pounds, depressed, unhappy and spiraling - I didn’t even recognize myself. Jade and I trained together for one year and with her help I lost about 40 pounds, gained my confidence back, and had a new approach on life. She consistently pushed me, (and yes I pushed back), gave me words of encouragement and ultimately helped me to become a better version of myself. I tell Jade all the time that she literally saved my life and I’m forever grateful to her. She gave me the foundation that I need to continue my health and fitness journey and I know that I can always reach out to her when I need help. She is my angel.

Wow. Where do I start, Jade is an absolute beast with the trainings. I have been training with her for the last few months and not only have a had results with my weight but I’m making progress in my overall mental health. She has found ways to hold me accountable not only in my day to day health journey but in the way I few myself. She not only targets my weight goals but she helps me counteract all the negative thought I have built over the past few YEARS because of my weight. Working out doesn’t feel so draining now, I’m hyped she makes it fun, she cheers you on, there’s been time that because of the constant affirmations during our training I go harder!! It’s much more but all o can say is book with her!!! You will not regret it!! I’ll even pay you back if you do lol

10/10 I’ve had several trainers but Jade is by far my favorite! I do virtuals with her and she has made it so easy and flexible with my travel schedule. She understands the body so well and I absolutely love her holistic approach to overall wellness.

My experience training with Jade has been life changing, if I’m being honest! I was struggling really bad with my weight a few years back and she got me on a program that kicked off a change in my body that has changed my life tremendously. Ever since I started my body has evolved into something I never thought I could achieve! Not only are her workouts amazing but she is an awesome person who comes with great energy and positive motivational vibes every single day. No matter what she’s gonna show up for you! I highly recommend connecting with her for workouts and meal plans but also mental health, personal goals that don’t have to do with working out, and anything in between. She’s gonna push you to your limits in all aspects. She’s seriously the best!!
