I have been working with Jaron for a few years. I was very nervous working with a trainer because I felt so out of shape and out of place. I had basic knowledge of how some machines worked but I was very intimidated lifting weights. Jaron was very patient, he answered all of my questions and I had a lot of questions. He was always so kind and let me express myself freely. He would tell me how to use the machines but also he would model them so I would not injure myself. He believed in me and pushed me to do more. Now the gym is a big part of my life, it has helped with my anxiety as well as transforming my body. I definitely recommend working with Jaron, he will meet you at your level and help you transform.

I’ve been working out with Jaron for a full year. He’s got me feeling a lot more healthy. My weight, flexibility, strength, posture, and overall health has greatly improved. Even tho he’s a trainer whenever people ask me if I know any physical therapist I suggest they go see him. Working with him has really fixed my back problems. Highly recommended!

Over the last 5 years Jaron has diligently coached, trained & worked with me to rebuild my strength, fitness & mobility.
