Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. We are an inclusive woman-owned
fitness company dedicated to helping people of all ages live healthier, happier lives
through fitness. We believe that working out is about more than looking great—it’s about
feeling great. The program fuses dance cardio and strength training in a 55-minute
sweat session that burns up to 800 calories per class.

Jazzercise Alameda has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, I grew up in the childcare room and now I’m proud to be an instructor! It’s always been a space that feels like home, with workouts that are fun, challenging, and above all, safe. Huge thanks to Karen for her leadership and the hard work she puts in every single day to keep this community strong and thriving. Grateful to be part of it!

The best body movement class in Alameda! Lots of parking (Harbor Bay location)- a must! Great instructors. Can move at your own level ( low, medium or high impact)! Lots of room in which to exercise - a biggie for me! Been coming for many years and love it!

I've been going to Jazzercise 2-3 times a week for nearly 2 years now. I love it. Love the music. Love the dancing, working out with weights, some stretching and toning. I feel great. And I enjoy the social aspect of getting out and meeting new people.

Love this place, their instructions on how to move different parts of your body by dancing are just expectacular.
Karen Park and her staff are very professional and know how to help you to get in shape.
I stopped going to 24 hour fitness because I was not getting the guidance that I needed unless if I paid for a pricey personal trainer, with Jazzercise I get this guidance, friendliness and a great mental status after every single workout.
