It is so much fun to exercise here! There are several instructors who are energizing us every day, and it never gets boring. Besides staying in shape, it’s also a great place to make new friends. Working out while dancing makes me forget the pain and build muscle at the same time. If you’re not a dancer, please know that nobody judges you here. We all work out at different levels, and everyone sees results. Come and try it out!

I have been Jazzercising consistently for over 40 years. I was looking for something to do in the winter and gave it a try. I loved it; still do. It's great for cardio vascular endurance, for flexibility, for strength. Jazzercise has everything. You don't need to be a dancer. The routines are made for everyone. The music makes you want to move. There is variety in every class and I can assure you no one will ever judge you. We are all here for the same thing - to be with our friends, to dance, get some exercise and have a good time. And our instructors? They are fabulous!!

Foothills Jazzercise is such a fun workout! Not only am I getting my sweat on, but my cholesterol is within range and my blood pressure is under control. This group of ladies i work out with are multigenerational and absolutely amazing! We lift each other up and have a blast! The instructors are encouraging and as sweet as can be. I've made some wonderful friendships, and it's the perfect way to start my day--evergized, healthy and connected!

Hi, just to update for my review, not based on jazzercise as a whole, just disappointed in the hours that the only location within a reasonable distance of travel has to offer. As I am a mother of a school age child and work at night, there are no mid morning or afternoon classes available at this location making the pricing unaffordable/unattainable. And, to add to this review, as a lifelong jazzercise member, not that it's this location's fault but $99 as a promotional deal for only 2 months of jazzercise on demand is just a slap in the face. Again Nothing personal as I have not visited this location, because there are no times during the day they are available to my lifestyle.
