JB Fit Club is a group fitness studio designed for women of all ages. Our members get exactly what the female body needs with each class on our schedule. Our fitness classes are designed for women by women. We offer a variety of fitness classes, including the correct cardio exercises, strength + power moves, and stretch + relaxation. There are 3 levels of classes from basic, advance and athletic choices. Ages 20-70+ we offer programing which will get you stronger, walking taller and feeling better.

The JB Fit Club has given me a wonderful opportunity to establish a regular exercise routine. I've enjoyed attending exercise classes for over six months. I began working out with Jan during the pandemic. We worked out in the park. I had not worked out in over 40 years. I love working out with Jan and the other ladies in the classes. I feel so much better. I am healthier and on my way to getting much fitter. Perfect place to get started on a healthier lifestyle. I am so happy I found the JB Fit Club!

I feel very fortunate to have found JB Fit Club. When I had my first contact with coach Jan she was holding her fitness classes in the park. I was unsure I would be able keep up with the class. I am in my 70’s, have had two knee replacements and back surgery. Jan was very encoouring and welcoming. I am doing great! I love the classes and the women that I have met at these classes. JB Fit Club is much more than just a work out club.
If you are looking to improve the your mental outlook on life, make new friends, improve your health and physical abilities come and try out a class. You will love it!

Before the pandemic and moving back to Rossmoor, I worked out at Orange Theory. Once vaccinated I looked for somewhere new and found Jan through the Los Alamitos Rec. We worked out at Little Cottonwood Park and it was great. Much has evolved since and I can't say enough about the community Jan has created. Come join a great group of women at JB Fit Club!

I started classes with Jan in the park during covid and followed her to the community center and now to JB Fit Club because she's so motivating and makes me want to exercise. I like that her Fit 4 You classes are never exactly the same and work different body parts.
Friday walks has allowed me to exercise in a more casual way and get to know a community of interesting women as we walk.
Since opening JB Fit Club Jan has instructors like Summer who teaches Zumba/ Stretch which makes me sweat while having fun.
Even though not included in membership I like that JB Fit plans special events like CPR training, line dancing, and Salsa dancing with EMI that I try to attend regularly.

I have been working with Jan since October 2021. I realized my Covid lifestyle of not exercising was not good for my overall health and wellness. I work out 3 days a week, with a stretch class and a fitness class. I wake up those mornings happy that I get to go! Jan is so encouraging and all of the other women are encouraging and very friendly. When I started I used 3 pound weights and now use 7 pounds. I am stronger, feel great, have lost weight and clothes that didn’t fit after Covid now fit me again. Thank you Jan and your fit club!!

So I am 68 years old in pretty good shape. I started JB Fit Club to work on stretch and balance . Well that lasted a few weeks. Now I do Zumba, Pilates and Salsa dancing on Friday’s!
Working out with work deregulation women in the over 40 age group is so enlightening. The workouts are great but the conversation is priceless.
Coach Jan is such a caring leader. She always tells us the hows and why’s of what we re doing. If someone is struggling, she will always suggest an alternate exercise.
May husband is amazed not only with how I look physically but emotionally so happy and confident.!!!

JB Fit Club is a great place to extend your health. I went pretty regularly to the gym, but I was uninspired and would end up doing short workouts because I was just so BORED. I found JB fit club in October of 2021, and it has been very beneficial for me (physically, mentally and lab work wise.) I am in my 50's with joint issues so I simply cannot do pounding exercise like tennis in which I previously did.
Jan's workouts are never the same, all the women are positive and motivate one another. The non-competitive atmosphere makes you want to return. The diverse class choice is also awesome, to challenge all the muscles in your body as well as your brain.
The Friday walks are just an added bonus to the M-F workouts, as well as the fun member events that are scheduled periodically It is not a $20 a month gym cost, but I would argue, your physical and mental health are worth more than that. Try it and see, first class is free!!

I love Jan and the JB Fit Club! I never really prioritized working out to become more healthy i initially joined out of convenience due to the close proximity to my kids drop off. I knew it was time as I was feeling so exhausted and forced myself to go and immediately I was welcomed by an awesome community of amazing women who were very friendly not to mention so strong. I also noticed not only physically but mentally I started to feel so much better and stronger. I can almost hold my own next to these amazing ladies now. Jan keeps us on our toes and tailors to everyone’s abilities while watching for limitations. I would highly recommend JB Fit Club to everyone wanting to get on board with working on their wellness and you’ll be so happy you did.

I have been working out with Jan since October 2021, 3 days a week. I love, love, going to this exercise studio!! Jan is motivational and encouraging. I have gained strength and stamina and have lost weight. The members are an awesome community of women, and a tremendous support system. This women only fitness club really helped me get out of my covid couch potato syndrome. I have never enjoyed lifting weights or the vibe at large fit clubs; i just couldn’t make a routine out of what i didn’t look forward to. But this time I knew I had to commit to a routine to deal with arthritis and loss of muscle tone at 62. After 3 months with this club I have indeed set up a fitness routine I enjoy every day, monday to friday. I have progressed a lot, from no weights to 2lb weights, and my cardio has improved too. The instructors pay close attention to your ability and/or physical limitations so as not to injure yourself. Excellent. I highly recommend!
