I trained with Jemil for about 4.5 months and had a really great experience. He helped keep me consistent and gave me great advice and offered a lot of education on why sticking to a meal plan is important.

What I liked most was how he actually explained what we were doing and why, like how certain workouts target specific muscles and how that ties into your goals. I felt like it wasn’t just working out, I was learning at the same time.

If you want a trainer who knows what he’s doing and actually cares about your progress, I’d definitely recommend Jemil.

I’ve been working with Jemil for about 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. As a 50-year-old with a herniated disc, I was concerned about finding a trainer who could work around my injury while still challenging me. Jemil has been incredible at creating workouts that are not only safe but also effective, allowing me to build strength without aggravating my back.

Another great thing about working with Jemil is how flexible he’s been with my schedule. I have a busy lifestyle, but he’s always been accommodating, helping me stay consistent without adding any stress.

I trained with Jemil for 6 months prior to that never stepped foot in the gym before. After doing research and reading reviews, I came across Jemil and scheduled a consultation to see what I was getting myself into. After meeting with Jemil and we spoke about my goals, it seemed evident that we were both on the same page about nutrition, building muscle, putting on weight and staying lean. My initial plan was to train with him for a couple months but that ended up turning into 6 months due to his motivation and knowledge. I was able to gain 20 lbs build muscle while staying lean. What I gained out of this experience was confidence not only in myself but navigating through the gym. I still use his online training till this day. I would highly recommend using Jemil due to his knowledge and nutrition advice to meet any goals.

Out of all the trainers I have trained with, Jemil has been the best and a great mentor. He cares and checks in if my eating is off par or not logged. He knows what he's doing and does care about his clients. Even when an exercise is hated, he's always cheering you along telling you, "it's good for you."

The best trainer and mentor I’ve ever had. Very serious about getting you to where you need to be, he actually cares for his clients and their needs and will go above and beyond to make them feel secure. During covid and a stressful job I let myself go and gained alot of weight. I qut my job and took back control of my life and what means the most to me. I turned 45 at the end of June and just wasnt happy. I found Jemil online and we met for 2 hours to just chat. I worked with Jemil for 5 months after not working out for an entire year due to a disability.  I could barely balance and had dizziness issues.  Jemil was very understanding and generous and created an entire system to help me get back on my feet and back into the gym.

But not only is he a great trainer, he is a great nutritionist and life coach.  I learned so much from Jemil that I have never learned from working with any other trainer or training program in my life.  He keeps it simple to understand and creates challenges that help you improve week by week while also being realistic about what to look forward to with your results.  The main thing that Jemil taught me was having PERFECT form and how important it is.  I have been doing many workouts wrong throughout my life and by him showing you simple tweaks, it gives huge results.  I noticed changes so quickly physically and mentally and have also healed my disability.

I gained almost 10 pounds of muscle working with Jemil over the 5 months and now that I have been working out alone, taking everything that he has taught me,  I am starting to shed off body fat percentage on my own while sticking to his system.  His training methods with stick with you long after.

Jemil provided me exactly what I needed to get my life back together.  If i ever have the desire to start training with someone again, it will definitely be Jemil.

I started working with Jemil in Oct 2022 and have seen CONSISTENT results thus far. Jemil is very knowledgeable when it comes to diet structure, resistance training, and physiology.

The knowledge and training does not end once your workouts are over. Jemil is fantastic about taking calls and texts if you have questions about any aspect of your workout plan / diet, etc.

Jemil also is experienced with the how the human body work, so he is able to provide recommendations or explanations, if you ever feel aches and pains.

As cliché as it may sound, you will get the results you deserve. Jemil provides great resources and tools for you to succeed, as long as you put in the effort.

I started my gym journey late in life and have been training with Jemil for a while. He has really helped me lose weight by training but especially with his meal plan designed specifically for me! I was eating fast food meals with soda at least once a day and since training with him, I only drink soda once-twice a year! I have completely changed my way of eating due to him. I like that the gym he trains out of (Self Made Training Facility) is very clean and not overly crowded. He is constantly watching for correct form when performing exercises to avoid any injuries and I really believe that separates Jemil from the other trainers. His training has been even more instrumental to me as he is helping me rehabilitate my partially torn ACL and has adjusted my work out regimen to accommodate my recovery. He has an incredible foundation of knowledge of training and of the human body and really wants his clients to succeed. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Jemil is a class act! As an online couch, I could not have hoped for anything better. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft and it shows. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need in your program to succeed. His “No BS” approach makes it clear what he expects from you and what you can expect from him. If you put in the effort, he can absolutely get you where you want to go. Jemil is very attentive and makes himself available to you for any of your questions and concerns. He has a keen eye to help you when you need form/posture correction, mobility adjustments, and strengthening support areas to keep you safe as you chase your fitness goals. I’ve always tried to be active but has always been afraid to hit lower body days. Jemil has helped me build confidence especially when doing legs.
