Jeri has been amazing! She has given me the knowledge of health and fitness as well as helping me with my lower back pain. With a series of stretches that Jeri has taught me, my pain in my back has decreased significantly. I cannot thank Jeri enough for everything that she has done for me! Jeri is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to health and fitness and I would not have had such a great experience with anyone else.

I have been blessed knowing Jeri for over 20 years. As a teacher of metaphysics and a facilitator of a guided meditation group for over 30 years, both of which, Jeri was always present, it has been my deepest pleasure to know someone like Jeri who truly WALKS HER TALK!!! She is kind, compassionate, caring & considerate, all which spell LOVE OF HUMANITY. Her integrity is always present, her warmth always fills my heart. Her laugh, her sweetness & her non-judgment of others make Jeri someone who FEELS GOOD to be around.

I have been training for over 20 years and have found no one who can top Jeri at Fitness Intuitive. She brings huge experience in making workouts effective, as well as engaging. Her variety of techniques and styles in training has always been astonishing to me. I see other trainers going by the numbers or just using the latest hot tools. Jeri's training emphasizes a combination of mental and physical awareness. With her expertise you end up performing exercises properly and intuitively which in turn gives you results faster. She also uses a holistic approach in healing your body with hands on techniques such as pnf stretching that helps both short and long term physical results. Jeri doesn't just make you look good, she makes you feel good too.

I found that Fitness Intuitive has a different approach to health, that incorporates both mind and body into one comprehensive singularity of exercise techniques, and concepts of well-being and physicality that are far beyond what most people are doing now. My professional and personal life have greatly improved since my time spent with Jeri and Fitness Intuitive.
