Jesse is no ordinary fitness trainer. He takes a personal, thoughtful and wholistic approach with each of his clients and listens carefully to assess their fitness regimen, diet, stressors, and goals for all aspects of life, not just fitness. I find him to be highly knowledgeable about many areas of health science. The foundation of Jesse's approach is to use his skills as a trained posturologist to attain optimal balance within your muscular system which ensures correct posture, thus minimizing injuries, and providing maximum benefit from your workouts. Not your regular fitness instructor, Jesse is a true professional in posture-oriented fitness. If you are searching for a knowledgeable and experienced trainer, he is the one. The session I had today was above and beyond what was expected of fitness. The blend of yoga, alignment, and weights is exactly what I need—additionally, I learned how to work and stretch the Psoas muscle.

A Truly Exceptional Posture Fitness Expert
After breaking my tibia / fibula back in Oct '24, I lost a significant amount of muscle mass, strength and balance. My health insurance only covered once weekly PT sessions so it came to the point I had to take more control of my recovery.
What a find Jesse was. I can confidently say that he is one of the most exceptional posture fitness professionals I've encountered.
What sets him apart is his rare combination of analytical precision, deep expertise, and creative problem-solving. From the very first session, he approached my concerns not with a one-size-fits-all method, but with a detailed assessment that revealed patterns and imbalances I had never been made aware of before.

Jesse is an incredible Personal Trainer, health coach and mentor for all things related to health. He is deeply caring about his clients, highly intelligent and knowledgeable, and takes a long-term approach to partnering with his clients. I've trained over the years with various coaches and by myself, and I find Jesse to be above and beyond anyone I've worked with before. He has an natural-born talent to sense his clients' weak points and especially hone in on posture issues, imbalances, and long-neglected weak spots. Once he sees you and assesses you, he will target the solutions towards your needs, your personality and your psychology. He really does have it all - and he does it incredibly effectively over zoom or video. I live in the SF Bay Area and have been working with Jesse for many months online without a fault. Jesse Gaynor is a superb trainer. He's very educated and a resident expert in his field. His background in kinesiology is super important as he knows what is best for your body type. While some trainers will work you too hard which can result in injuries, Jesse is there to condition and align your body while making you feel like you're walking on clouds. Jesse Gaynor's philosophy works from the inside out and advises on the best supplements to the best nutrition. I listen to whatever he says!:) He's truly one of the best!

Immediately lost 15 lbs and 6% of body fat! Prior to working with Jesse, I had been working out about 1.5hrs/day, eating well, and had previously been a Division 1 collegiate runner, I was above my desired weight. Jesse made a few simple changes to my diet, which were very easy to adhere to, and reworked my workout regime (actually eliminating a significant amount of it, and replacing it with more thoughtful exercises). I immediately started dropping weight and body fat. He has an incredible understanding of the human body and understands how to get results very quickly.
