Over the years, he has helped me accomplish goals I never thought possible, including completing my first half marathon and the intense Ragnar Relay.

I had the privilege of training with Jey many years ago, and I was in the best shape of my life. His workouts were always creative, pushing me to new limits and constantly keeping things fresh and exciting. They were tough, but that's what made them so effective. The results were undeniable! I have since left San Diego, but anytime I visit I try to sneak into one of his weekend classes. If you're looking for an instructor who will challenge you and get you the results you want, Jey is the one!!!

Finding Jey was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Not only is he an extremely talented trainer, he is a very kind man and is creative in his programs. When I was injured snowboarding, he helped adapt my training to a more therapeutic program that helped me to recover quicker. Many out of town friends have accompanied me on my sessions and are always blown away with his tough but fun and unique exercises. I began to see drastic results quicker than expected. Jey is an excellent trainer and a good human being with a wonderful personality. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. His workouts are challenging, unique and creative. He emphasizes stretching at the end of each workout. I have a meniscal and labral tear on the left side of my body and despite working with multiple trainers over the years, Jey was the ONLY one who was able to improve the atrophy of my left calf muscle.

I appreciate the knowledge, fitness and the abilities to tailor workouts to specific my needs. One memorable fitness Jey taught me that I still applied to this day is HIIT. I started working out with JeyFit during the pandemic- Jey is 100% the reason I was able to maintain my fitness through that period. Jey’s space is 100% clean and well ventilated, and his workouts are brilliant and challenging.
He strikes a perfect balance between meeting you where you are and pushing you to the next levels. Better yet, knowing that Jey would be expecting me to improve helped me to stick to my routine outside of his gym and adopt a more holistic approach to health and fitness.
Getting a personal trainer can be intimidating if you’ve never had one before, but when my friends and family all noticed I was more trim and toned a few weeks after starting with Jey I knew I’d made the right choice. I can’t recommend him enough!

After having fallen out of shape for several years and needing accountability, I started working out with Jey after hearing good reviews from friends. I am so glad I met him.
Jey is very professional and really caters to your individual needs/goals. His gym setup is clean, well-maintained, and allows for a wide range of workouts. He helps you establish realistic goals and customizes each workout to be very efficient and at a level that is appropriate for you.
I worked with Jey about 1-2 times per week for about 8 months. It played a key role in helping me reach a level of fitness that I feel good about and feel encouraged to maintain. As long as you show up on time, follow his instructions, don’t complain, and stick to it, you WILL see results!

Jey is a phenomenal trainer and coach! Just like many others, the pandemic took a toll on my mental and physical health and Jey has changed my life and helped me get back on my fitness journey. His program includes on-site 1 on 1 training sessions, detailed at-home exercise program for the remainder of the week depending on your goals, as well as meal planning/nutritional support, etc. Unlike most exercise programs, Jey helped me make sustainable and permanent changes to my lifestyle. If giving ten stars is a thing - this guy would totally get all ten stars! I have gone through several trainers in my lifetime and Jey just GETS IT. His unique approach to the different exercises was very pivotal for me because it wasn’t about gaining muscle/strength in the right areas but more so providing flexibility, stability, and all other things that he made me aware of that is important. The muscle and strength just comes with proper training! He also provides a meal plan and exercise plan for times/days that you’re not training. I found this to be extremely helpful because I’m able to go to the gym without a trainer and have a list of things I need to do for that specific day. Super attentive trainer that knows what you need not for the current time but for your lifetime span - that’s the key and that’s what sold me to JeyFit!
