Not happy with this being a military gym and not allowing service members to workout all days of the week or off hours. I guess that explains all the soft body’s I see around here.

My wife and I swim at the Joint Force Training Base in lasalle. It is an olympic sized pool, and the best around!

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, there is this really cool guy who coaches everyone in the gym. I didn't catch his name. Everyone there was really friendly and welcoming. They all said they are training for the ACFT? Not sure, but their workouts were pretty intense.

Yeah, very national guard of them. Army gyms should be open at least every day. I mean they are closed Saturday and Sunday? I do see alot of unfit bodies around here.
