About the Club

Elite one on one functional training that caters to each individual’s unique goals and fitness level. Clients are taken through a detailed assessment and movement screening to determine baseline fitness level. Each session is an hour-long, with an emphasis on movement prep and activation to ensure the body is ready for loaded movement. Sessions ranging from $140 to $150 depending on packages.

J is the BEST at what he does!!! Not only does he push you just enough and challenge you, but he also trains you for longevity and overall health.
I also trust him 100% with his cupping services. I’ve been to many therapists that do cupping and he is the only one that is able to actually release knots and tension.

Where do I even begin! Hands down one of the most genuine and knowledgeable personal trainers I've ever worked with. I have been fortunate enough to work with Justin for several years, and it has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made.

Justin and I were paired up years ago when I was a member at a corporate gym. I was hesitant at first since the last couple of trainers I had sessions with there just didn’t work out or we just didn’t mesh well. But during our very first consultation, and how he was able to lay out his vision for us as a team to achieving my goals and how personable he was, I knew right then this was the right choice and he was more than just a trainer.

His training not only 1) taught me the fundamentals of strength training and nutrition and living a balanced life and 2) helped me reach my goals, but he 3) helped build a confidence in myself that I didn't have before. He helped motivate and push me when I felt like giving up, but he also knew when a break was needed, and having that instinct and understanding that balance is something that can't be taught.

If you're looking for a trainer, Justin is that guy 100000%! Now training at a private training facility, he’s able to tailor his sessions even more to each of his clients. I personally haven’t yet had a cupping session with him, but a close friend of mine does and I hear only great things! His expertise spans many areas and he continues to build on his own knowledge to better help his clients. I cannot thank him enough for all the guidance he's provided over the years.
