If you can use terminology for adults ‘baby sitting’ this is what Jeremy did for me. In an impulse and not being happy, lacking the stamina to begin the path to a physical change, neurological change (retraining the brain to create new habits) 5 meals a day with concise grams of protein, carbs, fats, liquid, a must, every 3 hours, relearning nutrition. He motivates, supports, with kindness and patience’s. Provides all necessary tools, videos and role modeling, the 2/4-4/2 .. meals examples, quotes, readings.

As I started my journey I was affected by wildfires in my property, among others, Lyme disease that hit me hard. Knee issues, left shoulder issues. Too many few to mention, but he continued to guide and redirecting me to focus. It defiantly requires a commitment for at least a year to condition oneself to new patterns. To be addicted to the new and never go back to the old self.

Definitely I recommend highly Jeremy for his positive, motivational attitude, knowledge about the human body, transformative methods, (I learned lots about nutrition needed to make an impact)

I have been a client for about 6 months with JM fitness. I am 64 male that was way over weight, unhealthy and very out of shape. Jeremy, set me up with a work out, nutrition, supplements, showed me how to do it, explained why to do it. He also set an app up that makes a new lifestyle very easy to follow. I am down 40 lbs, have gained tons of muscle, my doctor says my health has not been this good in many years.

He uses a great app that makes it easy to track and he customizes everything to your specific needs (and having as many back and hip issues as I do took a lot of customization). I am so glad I found Jeremy and JM Fitness. From day one, Jeremy has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. I have been lifting for years but hit a plateau and have been plagued by small injuries. In one conversation, even before our first session, through a few questions about nutrition, Jeremy identified the problem instantly and asked me to make one change. The result has been a 30% increase in my strength in the first month. He has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I can make. My fat/body weight percentage dropped from 20% to 16% with his guidance and encouragement. The goal is to get to under 14% and I actually believe that’s possible.
