The first time I met Joe was when I was a teenager playing baseball. He not only taught me the proper way to lift weights but also how to pair that training with the right nutrition. I was even featured in one of his commercials with my dad at one point. Years later, due to unrelated neck and back issues, I became sedentary and found myself stuck in a chair for quite some time. In my mid-30s, I decided to return to Joe, and he welcomed me back with open arms. Joe took me from being inactive to getting in the best shape of my life, all while keeping the gym experience fresh and fun with his great sense of humor and endless stories. Joe and his team are truly the best! Their combined knowledge and experience is evident with each visit. Each training session is a unique experience. Joe and his team are remarkable, and this gym truly provides it all - knowledgeable staff, customized workouts, practical nutritional advice, the best commercial machines I have ever seen - but most importantly, real results. After 5 months, my total body weight is down 14 lbs - while adding lbs of muscle and dropping lbs of fat. Thanks to Joe and his team, I am now stronger and healthier at 50 than I was in my 30's and 40's - and they personalized exercises to strengthen my bad knees without re-injuring them!

My teenage son and daughter have also been working out here with excellent results. Their overall body strength and stamina have noticeably improved, and both have increased their standing vertical jumps by 2" (thanks to personalized routines focused on improving jumping ability).

Fantastic gym and trainers. I started here after a shoulder injury. Joe and Vanessa improved stability and strength of the shoulder within a few weeks. Man it's been a 10th visit today and I'm five lbs down gained muscle . I feel stronger . Good thing about this training centre is they pay attention to their clients and they take every single work out diet and everything related to body so serious so I highly recommend this place . Joe and rest of the trainers are simply amazing!! I loved the output for the amount of input I had put in.

Results: I took a package of 15 visits and lost a couple of inches from waist and seven pounds in just 2 months. I used to go two to three times a week.

Process: Each session is one hour long in which you warm up and then do training with one of the trainers. What I learnt is how to achieve results smart and not the hard way. Joey and the team focused on increasing my metabolism and strength for achieving the results. The trainers at Joey makes sure that you are doing the right excercices and importantly in the right form. I liked the gym atmosphere as well. There were TVs attached to each elliptical/tread mill where I could watch something nice while warming up. They have a diverse set of equipments (really I mean that!) so I never got bored etc. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend others to try it out :).

I just started training with Joe this spring.

The results have been amazing and unlike any other training I have experienced. The gains in strength, speed, and changing body started almost immediately under Joe's training and with his techniques.

I have been going to Joe Grasso Elite Training for the last three years. I found Joe's gym by researching trainers in my area. This was the only place that met all of my requirements (weight loss, fitness training, with plans for how to deal with injuries and goal setting), including how to work with a growing boy. The prices were competitve and inline with the other options I looked into.

I have never regretted the decision. I have not only seen fantastic results, I've continued to push myself and set new goals. I had to go through surgery with a long recovery period and was very frustrated that I was so limited in what I was able to do. Joe and team worked with me to bring me back up to my pre-surgery levels quicker than I expected. All the trainers check in with me, make sure they understand my thoughts and goals, and ensure that I am getting the results that I want. My brother, when in town, went to one session here and came away amazed how much he learned and was able to adjust his form to help with results and to avoid injury.

It is inspiring to see pro athletes training here as well as the results by the other customers. I am often asked how I stay in such good shape and I cannot recommend Joe Grasso Elite Training enough!
