Private gym! I’ve been a personal training for over 10+ years now. I work with all ages and levels of experience. We focus on a lot of free weight exercises with proper form and technique. Emphasis on core work as well!

Johnny is a great trainer. I've been going for exactly 1 year and it's been a great combo of pushing, while building resistance to injury. I like the format of having a couple people in there at the same time, it feels less like someone is hovering over you, and makes it a bit social. I think it also makes it more affordable, which is why i am still going a year later! I always have a good time and work hard when I go. Since I started I'm down 20lbs, 3-4 in on my waist, and 2 shirt sizes. Stronger than I've been in a long time, or maybe ever. Really enjoy it - keep it up!

Johnny has continued to push me past where I think I can go. He is encouraging and definitely a people person. He never lets me give up. I started out going to him 2 times a week and I now go 4 because of the results I saw with only going twice a week I moved up to 3 and now 4. If you want a trainer who makes you work hard and have fun while doing it then you wills love it here.

I met with Johnny on Friday after searching long and hard for a trainer! He is working around my chaotic schedule and availability!! Extremely nice and very knowledgeable! Hes great at pushing you to your limits but not over doing It. I highly recommend him

Johnny is a great trainer! He is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to exercise. It's always a good workout with Johnny, the sessions always fly by. I definitely recommend him as a trainer. I always look forward to our training sessions. Also, it helps that he's flexible with scheduling (such a life saver!)

I have been training with Johnny for over six years now. I have had several trainers in my life and they all have failed me. I've never seen results and I hated going to my training sessions. When I started working out with Johnny, I was skeptical at first, but immediately I started seeing results. He was the Real Deal! In just a short amount of time, I was putting on muscle and felt so great and was excited to workout! He has gotten me into the best shape of my life.
He is the best around so if you want to get into shape and look great and feel good..Johnny will get you there!

If you're looking to get motivated and get your behind in gear, John is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows how to push you beyond your limits! With his flexible scheduling (Sunday's too!) and his positive attitude, he makes working out a lot of fun and you can't help but feel accomplished and ready to get through the day/week.
He also sells homemade, well-balanced meals (think Hello Fresh) for a great price and they're delicious!
5 stars. Don't give it a second thought, go for it!

Johnny has been my personal trainer for over the last 3 years. I started looking into personal training because I was wanting something different, other than the usual routine of machines and cardio. He introduced me to free weights and cables, and workouts that truly kicked my butt. He focuses on personal goals, and does his own research to enable you to reaching them. I lost many inches, and gained knowledge and muscle. He got me into the best shape I've ever been in and instilled a new passion for lifting in me. His studio is always open and he is flexible to difficult schedules. Highly recommend Johnny if looking for a personal trainer!

Always staying current and up to date with his workout routines, he's focused and intense with room for a sense of humor, which makes getting and STAYING in shape fun.
