I've been working with Jonathan during my recovery, and it's been such a great experience. He really knows how the body moves and what it needs, especially when you're coming back from an injury or dealing with limitations. He's always paying attention—if something doesn’t feel quite right, he'll instantly tweak the movement or offer a smart modification that still gets results without pushing too far.
It's clear Jonathan genuinely cares and knows his stuff. I always leave sessions feeling stronger and more confident. If you’re looking for someone who really understands movement and recovery, I can't recommend him enough.

I have been seeing Jonathan for more than three years and am so grateful I found him. I came to him to treat a years-old back injury after trying multiple doctors and physical therapists. Jonathan has helped me so much through tailored exercises and body work. Jonathan has been helping me with my back for almost 10 years now! I’ve been to countless specialists for my spinal issues over the years and Jonathan is one of the few that truly care about helping you improve and hearing you out, because that’s who he is but also because he’s been on the patient side. The year that I was consistently working with Jonathan twice a week was the best my back has ever felt. He doesn’t just give you generic physical therapy that you can get anywhere, he tailored the exercises to my very much complicated scoliosis case, and it was and is so helpful. Although I’ve moved, I’ve continued my program with Jonathan from afar and he is always there when I have questions or forget how to do an exercise :) you’re in great hands with him and I’m so grateful to have found him!!

I have been a client of Jonathan Blair for over 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and testing to see where you may have weaknesses. He is also very knowledgeable about supplements. He has given me useful recommendations for pre and post workouts.
Jonathan personalizes exercises to support any issues that you have and has many great tips. He usually gives you a video and documentation after a session to ensure proper technique for home training and exercises.
I was particularly grateful for his expertise in providing me with pre operative exercises prior to a total hip replacement and for post operative exercises. I breezed through my surgery and recovery and was out hiking and living an active life without pain within 3 months of my surgery.
I highly recommend working with Jonathan to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

I came to Jonathan about a year ago with a swollen knee and could barely walk. He provided amazing physical therapy through stretching , manual therapy, And functional movement exercises . After three months, I was feeling brand new and that’s when he turned into my physical trainer. I’m down 30 pounds and in the best shape, because of him. He is selfless with his time, advice, and instruction. Not only will he get you in the best shape and all-around healthier than you’ve ever been, but he will teach you how to do An exercise correctly, as to not injure yourself again in the future. After seeing multiple PTs and Chiropractors over the years, Jon was able to help me figure out my back issues. He made my back feel better after one session, and after a couple remote consultations, he gave me the tools to help me manage it on my own going forward.
In addition to his skills and experience with so many different people and their respective injuries, Jon is someone who is extremely gifted at being a healer. He gave me the confidence to put in the work, knowing it would get better. He listens very closely to everything (no matter how far back in life I had to go to the route of the problem) and was able to identify what went wrong and how to fix it going forward. He helped greatly with my mental well being as well as fixing the physical issues that caused it.

Jon is extremely knowledgeable about all things health and wellness.
