Established in 2014.
I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years and nutritionist for 2! My passion stemmed from working in the medical field and seeing patients with issues from being overweight, not exercising, etc! That gave me a huge educational standpoint which I use in the fitness industry while motivating clients at the same time. I love creating yummy meal plans so clients do not fall off their regimen from boring foods. From working out, eating healthy to overall stronger mindset I can help you achieve your goals!

Always a great workout with Coach Tay! She understands my goals and knows exactly how to get me there and some. I’m probably the worst person to train because I complain a lot but some how she knows to get it done. I’ve attended her group sessions and hired her for PT both times were a killer but so worth it.

One one one sessions with Taylor were so productive and informative! I learned so much about my form and the importance of nutrition to reach my muscle goals.
