I enjoyed my class with Derrick - he was personable and encouraging. The full body class was tough in a great way. Better experience than my first time there when I took barre (and didn't use the bar) but I am glad I gave it another shot!

I just completed my 1st class at JOULE. I haven't done a Yoga in ages!! I feel like I did a full cardio class!! The class was well orchestrated and the facility is immaculate!!

Joule is by far the best workout studio I’ve ever been to. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and help you through each workout. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Coming in is my favorite part of the week!

I love Joule! I have been a member since it opened. I was a Pure Barre devotee but had to find a new way to work out after the local PB studio closed. Honestly, I prefer Joule. I find it more challenging and the instructors are great - they mix things up, change choreography, offer modifications and each has a unique style so your body and mind are never in a rut. I definitely feel stronger and recommend it to anyone -whether you are in great shape or just starting out. I have to mention the Bound (rebounder) class which intimidated me at first, but now I love it - just goes to show there is room for improvement at any age.

Joule! What can I say….. this studio and its classes are giving this lady going through “Cougar Puberty” life! The classes provide mental and physical challenges that always leave me feeling accomplished and energized. And the teachers are our best cheerleaders! It’s absolutely everything I need for this time in my life!!!!

Love this studio- I joined a few months ago when I was on the lookout for a workout studio close to my home, and was really pleasantly surprised at how much FUN the classes are. Bound is definitely my favorite! Hoping that, as they grow, they offer more class times throughout the morning so that I never have to worry about missing a class because of a schedule conflict on my end. The front desk staff is also super friendly and instructors are great.

Joule is an awesome fitness studio! I joined after barre 3 shut down and didn’t think anything could compare to my love for that studio, but the Bound class (trampoline class) at Joule is officially my favorite exercise class ever! I leave with so much energy and a huge smile on my face- it’s just plain fun while also being a great workout, and I love how it’s combined with barre/strength training in between jumping segments. Their barre classes are awesome as well- challenging and fun and never the same class twice. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and everyone is very friendly. So happy this place exists!

I’ve been taking classes at this studio for the past few months, and I can’t say enough good things about it! Not only do I feel physically stronger, but I actually look forward to working out — something I never thought I’d say.

Their Bound class is my absolute favorite! It’s a fun, high-energy workout on mini trampolines (called rebounders), and it’s like nothing I’ve ever done before. It’s challenging but in the best way, and I always leave feeling empowered, sweaty, and smiling.

I also really enjoy their Barre class, which is such a great complement to the cardio from Bound. It’s low-impact but seriously effective — I feel the burn in muscles I didn’t even know I had! It’s graceful but tough, and the instructors do a great job cueing proper form.

The Build class has also become a staple in my routine. It focuses on strength training using weights, and it’s helped me feel more toned and confident. The format is really well-designed, with just the right mix of structure and variety to keep things interesting while pushing you to get stronger each week.

Every instructor I’ve taken class from is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely welcoming. The energy of the studio is positive and uplifting, and the community vibe makes it a place I genuinely enjoy coming to.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a workout that’s effective, exciting, and sustainable. I’m hooked!
