About the Club

JOY2BWell Fitness Studio is a personal training & group fitness studio. While drop in participants are welcomed, it is by appointment only. Group sessions are kept to a small number (between 7 and 10) for quality instruction. Private training and semi-privates are available by appointment. We provide quality, personal instruction whether in group or private, taking into account the individual client's needs.

Joy2BWell Fitness Studio is a great place to work out with a passionate and caring instructor Joyce Mitchell. She makes sure you are aligned correctly and that you are getting the most out of each workout. Learning to breathe correctly with the moves has been so rewarding thus far. Mat Pilates is no joke.The studio caters to small groups which I like. Plus Joyce offers semi private & group workouts.,Joyce has great patience’s! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Joyce for personal training. No need to feel intimidated. Her classes are small and she personalizes a plan just for you. I love that she changes up my routine every few weeks so so I don’t get bored with my fitness routine. Joyce is helping me get to the goals I’ve set and she can help you too!

Joyce is not only an amazing, friendly, and kind person but also an incredible and skilled trainer. My husband was trying to find a personal trainer who I could meet one-on-one to learn how I could exercise without hurting myself due to my chronic pain and fibromyalgia. This is where Joy2BWell enters! I signed up for a package that included individualized sessions and she even researched what would work best for my body type in addition to the medical conditions I have. I appreciate Joyce's thoughtfulness when it came to my personalized training. I was also able to take part in a special yoga class that she hosted, which turned out to be a successful event incorporating yoga moves and massage by skilled and certified partners. I would definitely recommend this studio and Joyce's expertise if you're trying to get back on the exercise wagon. We even did a pool session at my home where she taught me so many great resistance moves since water aerobics is less painful than regular (on land) aerobics! She is also a great reference on proper techniques if you feel your current workouts may be physically impacting you. Thank you Joy2BWell!
