Coach Josh is knowledgeable, experienced, and creates a plan that gears you up for sucess!! I've been working out for years. Have sports injuries that had not received the attention and rehabilitation needed in order heal properly.
Just in a short amount of time, with Josh's careful thought and tools. I'm already noticing small improvements happening. Looking forward to what's to come next!

There are “trainers” and there are “qualified trainers/ coaches” Josh takes this to a new level. I have worked with trainers in the past who never took the time to get to know me personally. What motivates me, my goals, my past injuries, my lifestyle etc. Josh took the time to really dive in to what works for me. Offering a personalized approach as well as education on form, diet, why the body works the way it does and more. Don’t get me wrong, the workouts are killer, but I leave each session was so much more! I would highly recommend Josh!

Coach Joshua has been great for my sister. My sister has epilepsy. I informed Coach Joshua about her health. He was the only one that was willing to train my sister after looking into several trainers. He is very focused on her training and also cares for her when she gets her episodes. His gym is neat and organized. His training regimen are concise and focused to what my sisters needs are. He cares for his clients and I recommend his services to anyone seeking personal training.

All I have to say is Josh is an amazing trainer ! Ever since I’ve trained with him I noticed I’ve gotten stronger and slimmer! My trainer Josh....he pushes me farther than I believe I can go always saying yes you can to make me do five more reps and add heavier weights helping me feel accomplished when I walk out the door. He’s teaching me the proper way to lift from my stance, to my breathing, etc that I’ve never had before. He’s knowledgeable, he’s encouraging, he knows when he can push me harder and when to back off, he’s easy to get along with and he wants to see results for me just as badly as I do and I see them. Initially I thought one on one would be awkward, but two sessions in that was out the window! He assesses you in the first session and then goes from there and knows exactly what to do. It is one killer hour for me that I always leave feeling stronger and happy I went. You won’t regret putting your time, money and sweat into having Josh for a trainer!

Joshua’s knowledge in Men’s fitness
Is pretty vast and diverse. I have been using him three times a week for an hour in each session and I’ve never felt more energy, my abs are finally strong And feel sore on the muscles that I have never felt before. He knows your limits of how much to push you but at same time gives you a great workout. I’ve had other personal trainers in my lifetime but none of them are as close and great as Joshua. If you want to get in shape and look good with or with out clothes, I highly recommend him!

I have been working with Josh for seven years. He has helped me tremendously in strengthening my body. As a middle aged woman with back and knee issues, I probably would be in not as good of shape without Josh helping me address the pain that comes with age. He has taught me the importance of regular strength training, cardio, and good nutrition. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and tailors a program for each client's individual needs. After a Harley Davidson accident 18 months ago, I was finally healthy enough to start working out again. My doctor recommended I start back very slow and to concentrate on my posture, which had been greatly altered by the accident. Joshua worked very patiently with me, strengthening the muscles in my back and shoulders that were weak. He made me focus on doing each exercise CORRECTLY. No trainer has ever taught me that and apparently I was doing it all wrong! After 6 weeks I stand taller and feel stronger than I have in years. Bonus....he offers percussion which helped me with soreness and pain. Thank you Joshua!
