Jump Fit with Michelle is an incredibly fun workout that leaves you energized for the entire day! Even if you experience knee pain, you can still enjoy jumping because the special Kangoo shoes absorb the impact and prevent the sharp pains or discomfort you might feel without them.
Michelle is such a kind and thoughtful trainer who takes all my needs into account. She even adjusts the shoes to perfectly match each participant, ensuring the pressure is just right for everyone. I’ve trained with other instructors before, but no one has ever taken the time to personalize the shoes for me like Michelle does. She’s truly one of a kind, and I’m so happy I found her.
If you’re looking for a workout that’s fun, energizing, and tailored to you, I absolutely recommend Jump Fit with Michelle!

I’ve been attending Jump Fit classes for a while now, and I absolutely love it! At first, I was a little nervous and hesitant—I wasn’t sure if I could keep up. But after trying it, I realized it was easier to get into than I expected. The rebound boots make it a low-impact workout while still being challenging in the best way.
What really makes JumpFit Now special in my opinion is how fun the music and moves are—there’s never a dull moment! Michelle, the instructor is amazing: super approachable, encouraging, and always creating a welcoming vibe! It’s such a supportive environment and a great way to feel like part of a small, energetic community.
It’s honestly one of the highlights of my week, and I always leave feeling so good. It even makes me wanna get up early on a Sunday morning just to go to the class, what an achievement for me! If you’re looking for a fun, effective workout that keeps you coming back, I can’t recommend JumpFit enough!

As hard as it was, I haven't had this much fun in a long time. The teacher is amazing, attentive and pleasant, and it was important to her that I feel comfortable. And the music was bouncy and fun.

I’ve done Michelle’s class twice now and I must say that it’s total blast. Great music and great choreography. Michelle is so energetic and keeps the energy flowing. The music is I spring with a great mix!!! You have so much fun that you forget what a kick ass workout you’re getting. I was worried because I’d had knee surgery a few months ago. This class did not bother my knees one bit. It was very gentle on the joints. I highly recommend anyone try this glass. You’ll love it.

I recently had my first Jump Fit class with Michelle and it was fantastic! The hour-long cardio session was incredibly professional and surprisingly fun. I left feeling energized and accomplished, despite being thoroughly drenched in sweat.
As a Pilates instructor myself, I highly recommend this type of class as a great complement to any core workout routine. It's a challenging and exhilarating way to boost cardiovascular health and burn calories.
I'm already looking forward to next Sunday's class!

I’ve had so much fun in Michelle’s classes!! I was nervous at first because I suffer with arthritis, but she was understanding and supportive of me going at my own pace and modifying the moves for my comfort. After my first class, I had more confidence and could really get into the rhythm more. My advice… Don’t be nervous!! Michelle is so kind and willing to listen and work with everyone at their own level of comfort. You’ll be glad you went!

Michelle is amazing! Really loved my first class and looking forward to future classes.
Michelle is supportive and friendly and she texted me ahead of time me to say hello, welcome me and to give me info on what to expect. She arranged to meet with me before class to get my boots fitted and held my hand walking to the practice areas until I was comfortable in my boots. They are a bit like roller blades or ice skates and it's helpful to keep moving.
It isn't as hard as it looks but I'm glad I didn't attempt alone.
Michelle reassured me that she wouldn't call me out in class, and that the first class was just to get comfortable moving and jumping in the boots.
You can tell that Michelle is extremely professional and passionate about making this the best experience possible for attendees.
The studio is a bit hard to find, but keep walking around the building. The music was great, upbeat and updated, and the other people in the class were extremely friendly and encouraging as well.

I'm absolutely HOOKED on this class! The boots add a much needed bounce to working out and are really fun to wear. I love the music, learning the steps (which helps get me out of my head and into the movement), and working out to motivating music with the class. The boots are low impact and are helping me rebuild my strength! So happy for this class and our awesome instructor, Michelle!

I’ve been attending bounce classes at JumpFit Now for the past two months, and it’s been an incredible experience! The classes involve using rebound boots, which give you a fun, challenging workout. I go 3-4 times a week, and it’s not only an intense sweat session, but it leaves me feeling amazing afterward.
At first, I felt a bit unstable in the boots, but after 1-2 classes, I got the hang of it. Whenever I feel off-balance, I just jog a bit, and it stabilizes me quickly. Since starting, I’ve noticed so many benefits—my energy levels are through the roof, my skin is glowing, and I’m finally starting to lose weight. This workout is fantastic for anyone looking for something enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend!

I was initially hesitant to try JumpFit, fearing it might hurt my feet. But to my surprise, it was an absolute blast and gentle on my knees and back.
