I’ve trained with Jerry for years- always friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic. The gym is compact and well equipped, and Jerry keeps it clean. It’s such a contrast to big gyms, with so many other patrons and so much noise. Free parking available a block away.

I've been strength training with Jerry for over 2 years, and he's the best trainer I've ever had. He's excellent at tailoring the program for my specific needs. He challenges me to lift more and designs different workouts to build full body strength. He's focussed on the right technique and form, and has my safety front and center. When my previous shoulder injury kept me from making progress, he gave me exercises that helped me recover and get back on track in a matter of weeks! I'm lifting more than I ever imagined and feel healthy, fit and energized. Highly recommend!

Jerry has been training me for many years and using a structured program focusing on strength and muscle development, I've come a long way since the time I started. My journey started with a need to overcome persistent lower back weakness and injury resulting from long hours of sitting. With careful setting of goals each year, we have incorporated all 3 of the big three lifts into the program (deadlift, squat, bench press) and are now heading into new weight targets for the combined lifts. I can say without a doubt that the structured training program with Jerry has enabled me to reach a greater level of strength and fitness now than at any previous point.
