Kenny worked with my son to help him recover from knee pain. My son looked forward to working with Kenny and it was amazing to see the transformation within weeks where my son could move without pain. Kenny is great communicator and is very patient as he creates plans according to what the person needs. I can’t recommend him enough and we wish one day he starts having enough hours in the day to work with young athletes as well!

Trainer Kenny is incredible! I had never exercised in my life, aside from walking and going on hikes in my area. However, he not only encouraged me and took me seriously, but he also trained me for the past year to help me fulfill my dream of walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. I walked over 80 miles in just 8 days! I completed the journey and received my passport and certificate of completion at 70 years old. I recommend him to anyone, especially seniors struggling with health issues and lack of exercise! Thanks ❣️

I had a great experience with Kenny. I came in with a severe disk Herniation. When I first met Kenny I could not sit or lie down at all without serious nerve pain. 2 weeks with Kenny I was gaining back mobility and decreased pain by a significant amount. Kenny is an amazing trainer and I am so glad I chose him. I feel he really listens to his clients and is nonjudgmental. I’ve been meeting with Kenny for several years now and he has proven to be a great trainer and friend. He identified my personal goals for fitness and curated a specific plan for exercise and nutrition. He even provided several meal plan suggestions that would help me meet my nutrition goals. Meeting with Kenny is the best way to start my mornings. Not only do I have a personal trainer who takes into consideration my back issues and limitations, but I also have a friend with whom I can share my life. He’s never once been disappointed in me for struggling with cardio or consistency in my nutrition, but has been a positive and helpful as I continue my journey of health.

I knew I made the right decision by choosing Kenny as a personal trainer form the first meeting with him. He sat down with me and we set my goals (short term and long term). The workouts were fun and we never ran out of new ones as I progressed! He is truly there for you 100% with workouts, eating and other tips along the way. He even set me up with a guide to follow on the days I go to the gym so I don’t look completely lost!
Kenny is a humble and genuine person/trainer
who really wants to see you succeed.
I would give more than 5 starts if I could! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to tone up, gain muscle, lose weight or anything fitness goal related. He is extremely intelligent and knows his work. He goes above and beyond getting certifications to help give his clients the best he can for their training experiences.

Kenny is a professional trainer who has been able to do what other trainers couldn’t do. He has trained me over the last three years.
I had a disk herniation so severe I wasn’t able to stand for more then a minute. I was highly considering surgery until Kenny was able to tailor workout programs and strengthen my back. After 8 months of consistent training, I felt myself returning back to normal and back to living my life. I will forever be grateful to Kenny for the work he has put in to help me get my strength back.

I have trained with Kenneth for 6-7 months. I needed to learn and build strength as I had lost a substantial amount of weight.
Since training with Kenneth, not only have I gained strength; but my balance, flexibility, and stamina has also improved. In addition, I have lost more weight and I have visual physical changes in my body as well.
Kenneth is very informative, patient and easy to communicate with. Training with him has been a blessing.

My son has been going to Kenny for 6 months straight and we love it. He always finds what needs to be worked on without us saying a word. He sees everything. He is so knowledgeable about how the body works which leads to the teaching of proper technique.
Aside from all the great training aspects of Kenny’s program he is even a better person.
He is a great guy and we have a tremendous amount of trust in him.
I would recommend to anybody that is rehabbing, strength training, trying to lose weight, or just maintenance for staying in shape.

Where do I start? I started training with Kenny years ago. Unlike other trainers I had encountered, he was extremely patient, kind and realistic. I could tell it wasn’t about the money for him . He truly enjoys what he does and takes all the time necessary to educate and help those he is training. From the very beginning, he told me how important it would be to gradually transition my body since I wasn’t an athlete or someone who was actively working out. He was real about the time it would take, and the amount of effort I would need to put in to reach my fitness goals. I always felt comfortable and confident in his ability to transform and heal the body. He definitely knows what he’s talking about.
Of course like most people, I would stay focused for a month or so & step away when I didn’t see progress as quick as I wanted to see it or fell into a hardship. I’d always make my way back when I would be “ready”to start again. And like always he would he would be just as patient, kind, and understanding… reminding me that it is my process and that he was just a tool to help me along the way .
These training sessions were much more than just lifting weights and getting cardio in. He mentors and coaches you to strengthen your mind so your fitness goals are obtainable. I truly appreciate him committing his time and energy to my on again, off again self. Not sure why he hasn’t kicked me to the curve yet lol. For those of you who desire to get in shape but need more than someone yelling at you and telling you that you should just get it right the first time, he’s the trainer for you. He’s a father & husband. So when real life hits he truly understands and helps you navigate those obstacles while keeping your goals in mind. If I could give him 100 stars I would!

I have been going to Kenny William Studio I believe since April 2020 and I have gotten great personal training, met a good person, very professional and knowledgeable. I have toned up, have more endurance overall, my body is a lot stronger. As an entertainer I can now use my squats, my overall endurance to make a better professional show. I would recommend him because he will understand what your needs are and try to help you reach your goals.But It’s up to you as well
