I've been a client of Kacy's since 2019 and my overall strength, agility, and confidence in the gym has grown immensely since then. I've learned how to properly train with weights, how to use certain machines, and what exercises to do for specific results. Kacy is also great at getting his clients to achieve whatever goal they may have, whether that is related to strength PRs or weight loss. I am really glad that I happened to stumble upon Kacy all those years ago, as I now find myself looking forward to his workout sessions, his fun/silly personality, and the supportive community of clients he has garnered.

I started training with Kacy back in May (5months). When I first started I only knew how to use a couple of machines and I never touched free weights because I wasn't confident in my form. I told Kacy my goal was to gain healthy weight and muscle, and he's been amazing at guiding me through it.
He's really professional and makes sure my form is correct so l don't hurt myself, but he also pushes me to give my best.
I've gotten stronger, built muscle, and can actually see great results. On top of that, he also provides meal plans that make it easier to stay on track outside the gym, which has been a huge help.
The biggest change is how confident I feel now. I used to feel awkward at the gym, but Kacy has taught me so much that I actually look forward to working out. If you want a trainer who actually cares about your progress I definitely recommend Kacy!

Coming from a dance background, I've never lifted weights consistently or effectively until training with Kacy. That being said, in only 3 months, the results I've seen in my overall strength are incredible. 

The picture below highlights my 3 month progress: up 1.5 inches in legs & 1 inch in glutes!

When I started training with Kacy, my primary goal was to build muscle (especially in my lower body) and overall improve my body composition. With this knowledge, he gave me a calorie/macro plan that was suitable for my activity level and for my workout plan, focused on improving my overall strength through heavy compound movements both efficiently and safely. 

As a trainer, he executes a great balance between challenging your abilities and gauging your weaknesses. Through his guidance, I've gained so much confidence in the gym and feel both physically and mentally stronger. He's extremely encouraging, friendly, and highly knowledgeable in his field and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been working with Kacy for around 3 years now and it’s probably the most consistent I’ve ever gone to the gym haha. My initial goal was just to get more toned and to get used to going to the gym more regularly and I was able to achieve that! The vibes and the community of people who work with Kacy are also super welcoming. I would say that Kacy is a bit more attentive when you’re just starting out but once you kinda get the hang of the routines and the weights, he won’t be kinda on your toes as much but I still always just run over to him after each set to ask what weights I should add or what the next exercise is. I think the biggest thing is that with Kacy, I can just turn my brain off when I walk in the gym and I trust him enough to just do whatever he tells me to do. If you’re looking for a flexible and experienced trainer, I’d highly recommend Kacy!^^

Kacy Performance is the real deal.
I’ve been consistently training with Kacy since September 2024. I started this journey to invest in my health and get in shape for my wedding in September 2025-and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

At first, I was intimidated. I hadn’t stepped into a gym since high school, and working out in a space full of fit, confident people made me nervous. I wasn’t sure if I’d belong or if I’d be judged, but I booked a consultation anyway. Kacy broke down the program, pricing, and structure-explaining that I’d be training alongside others instead of having one-on-one sessions the whole time. That honestly helped ease my nerves. I liked the idea of being guided but still having some space to grow at my own pace.

Kacy’s approach is legit. His pricing is more reasonable than big-box gyms like LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness, and you get so much more value. Yes, you share the space with other clients, but he makes sure you understand each movement before stepping away. He prioritizes safety and proper form above all else. If you’re unsure or lack confidence, he’s right there to coach and correct you until you get it right.

He keeps the energy high and the sessions focused. He’s serious about preventing injury and helping you progress-and if you stay consistent, you will see results. He’s not one of those Instagram “trainers” doing it for likes. He truly knows his stuff and backs it up with science and strategy.

Also, he’s hilarious. His memory? Not the best-you may have to repeat yourself sometimes-but he genuinely cares and puts in the work to help you succeed.

When I started, I couldn’t even do a barbell squat. I felt awkward, weak, and wanted to quit. But Kacy didn’t let me give up. Every week, he had me work at it, and over time, I gained confidence and strength. Today, I’m confidently squatting 125 lbs—and I hit a personal record! That kind of growth doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistency and guidance, it does happen.

Let’s talk progress:
When I started, I weighed 196 lbs and had close to 40% body fat. I committed to 12 sessions a month (training 3x per week). Of course, life happens-vacations, holidays, work trips-but Kacy is flexible. He lets you adjust your schedule so you don’t lose out on your sessions.

Fast forward to today:

Weight: 175.5 lbs

Muscle Mass: 68.1 lbs

Body Fat: 31.6%
But more than numbers, I feel different. I feel strong. I feel proud. And with my wedding just two months away, I’m finally feeling confident in my dress.

Kacy uses an InBody scanner to track your progress-muscle, fat, water levels-and it’s been an amazing accountability tool. Watching those numbers shift is a huge motivator.

My biggest advice?
Be consistent, trust the process, and hit your protein goals! The results will speak for themselves. I’m stronger, leaner, and healthier than I’ve been in years-and it’s all thanks to Kacy Performance.

At 60 years old I can say I am in the best shape of my life all thanks to my trainer Kacy. What sets Kacy apart from the rest is that he does not use a one-size-fits-all approach. He takes the time to curate a personalized program based on my individual needs and goals. After one year I dropped 25 pounds but gained muscle. Kacy also stresses eating healthy which lead to my cholesterol levels returning to normal levels for the first time ever. His methods are not like most other trainers where he hovers over you while you workout. Initially, he will give you the 1:1 instruction needed to perform the various exercises correctly and safely, but eventually you perform the individual exercises by yourself. This has given me the confidence to workout on my own. If you are serious about fitness and health, Kacy is one of the best trainers around to help you reach your fitness goals.

I started training with Kacy 4 months ago.
I found him through other online reviews. All of those positive reviews I read about him would end up being 100% true.
I had very little experience with weight training. I never imagined that one day I would be able to lift heavy. In the short amount of time that I have seen Kacy, my body fat dropped by 6%, my skeletal muscle mass went from 40.8 (extremely low) to now 47.4, AND I have gained 5 pounds of muscle. I have learned so much from Kacy about nutrition, correct form, and different ways on improving my strength. On days that I do not see Kacy, I am able to implement everything he has taught me in the gym. I finally do not feel intimidated using all of the different weights and machine you find at gyms.
His feedback is constructive, useful and positive. There is no fooling him. He can easily tell if you haven’t been properly eating and/if you are having an off-day. I feel so encouraged when other clients that have been training with him longer tell me that I am getting stronger. It’s great to know that others can see the progress I have made. The past several months has really strengthened me physically and mentally. I am so motivated to continue making progress. Training with Kacy has been so rewarding thus far. I am truly happy with his training methods and approach to my specific goals. He continuously encourages me and I appreciate his honest feedback. He ensures that I am performing the exercises correctly and that my form is on point! Because of this, I have gain 4lbs of muscle and 3.5% of body fat. Choosing to train with Kacy has been one of the best decisions l've made in my fitness journey. I've only been working with him for 20 days, and I have already seen and felt more progress than I ever had with previous fitness routines. I started training with Kacy 3 months ago. I initially started with one hr sessions 2x/week but have increased to 3x/week because of the impressive results. I would like to first start off by saying Kacy is a professional, well-experienced, and passionate personal trainer. In the initial consult he asked me what my fitness goals were, and he has tailored my workouts to successfully target these areas. I have never been consistent with any training/workout regimen until now, and that's because I actually enjoy the workouts. My strength and endurance have drastically increased in comparison to three months ago. I went from only being able to squat with the bar, to now squatting 135lbs for reps. Kacy also provides his clients with practical meal plans to achieve their fitness goals. Even with my cheat days (LOL) I have still lost about 4% body fat while gaining 3lbs in muscle, my thighs have grown 1.5inches of muscle, and my gluts have grown 0.5 inches of muscle! If you're debating on whether or not to move forward with a trainer, do yourself a favor and train with Kacy!

Kacy is a great trainer. I've been training with him for almost 3 months now. I've lost weight and put on muscle. All my lifts have gone up in weight in this short time. He pushes you past limits you have set for yourself. He does train others during your session, but you get plenty of guidance and direction during your training session. He will watch you to make sure you are doing your exercises correctly with the correct form and he's very mindful of preventing injuries. He constantly varies the exercises you'll be doing so you'll never be be repeating the same movements over and over again. If you are looking to tone up, lose weight or gain muscle, you can't go wrong with training with Kacy. He's also very friendly and easy to talk to.
