My coaching in focused on Mobility, Strength and Conditioning. I help my clients to move better, get stronger and improve their body composition.

I did his 15 day challenge and it was a lot of fun. It was a different type of program and workouts than what I have been following previous. I specifically loved the included mobility, my body feels less stiff and heavy now after just 15 days.
I can now see my abs starting to come out without any change in my diet just following the workout program.
The healthy habits is so amazing and helps you realize how everything you do is tied together. And all workouts could be done from home which ads such a flexibility to my busy schedule.
Over all really enjoyed doing the challenge and would absolutely recommend it for others who wants to change their habits and be more active!

I just finished the 15 day workout challenge with Christopher and I’m honestly so proud of how far I’ve come! The workouts were simple to follow but still pushed me in the best way. I was introduced to Christopher through a friend who was also training with him—we’re both early 40,s. Christopher is knowledgeable, and was genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. He helped me lose weight, build muscle, and most importantly, encouraged me to find the mental space and motivation to make working out a consistent part of my busy life. He tailored each session to my needs and always encourages me without pressure.

I've been working out with Chris since 2021 doing both boxing and weight training and I love that I can feel challenged while also still enjoying my workouts. Fitness has always been a part of my life but it can be difficult to find a trainer that suits your vibe. I think Chris does an excellent job at challenging me and maintaining how I want to look and feel while also being mindful and knowledgable of not pushing too hard if something doesn't feel right, etc. I recommend him to anyone who has certain, specific fitness goals and wants also to enjoy their workout & wellness experience overall.

I’ve been so lucky to meet and work with Chris! He is the best! Always fun workouts tailored specifically for my goals and my body type (up to very detailed dresses and outfits I have to wear for the events, he has helped with everything). Ever since we started working out together 7month ago I’ve noticed significant changes in my body. I am toned, lost 6kg (around 13 pounds) and got much stronger. My body looks and feels the best it’s been since my early 20s and I just have so much more energy now. And overall he is just a great and positive guy! Couldn’t recommend more! I trained with Chris one-on-one in person and remotely, and can honestly say he is the best! He pushed me far enough, but not too far. He also took into account my low blood pressure and guided me through recovery when I’d have an episode. His workouts are interesting an innovative. I never got bored of the workouts. He also helped me with adaptions to workouts. I really enjoyed the sessions!
