I always look forward to pilates at Kahala Studio. Hazel is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and attentive. She knows that I like to be challenged and works in new progressions for me at each session. I am improving flexibility, stability and strength at her studio.

I’ve been seeing Hazel for about a month and I’ve felt so much improvement in my lower back and overall mobility. She’s been very conscientious of my previous injuries and has helped so much with the rehab. I would recommend Hazel and Kahala Studio to anyone wanting private classes, especially if you have injuries you are looking to rehab.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Hazel and her studio. Hazel is an amazing instructor and the sweetest! I’ve done pilates at other studios for a few years, but I truly appreciate how Hazel pays attention to every detail. After just a month of working with her, my chronic low back pain is improving, and my alignment is so much better. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Hazel for the past 2 months after recovering from a herniated disc in my neck. We have been working on strengthening my body to prevent further injuries. I've noticed a big difference in the amount of time we've been working together. She pays close attention to my form and helps me understand how to move my body. Her studio is warm, sunny and inviting.
