At Kaia FIT, we are dedicated to providing a safe and community-focused environment for women of all ages and fitness levels to access the workouts and women's fitness programs they need to achieve their goals. More than just a gym, we cater to our membersβ specific training objectives and overall wellness with a variety of group workout classes. Choose from our TRX workout program, cross-training classes, Yoga-Pilates, Yin Yoga classes, barre classes, and more. Our members enjoy personalized training in an encouraging group atmosphere for optimal results. Our fitness programs for women also include our special Kaia FIT nutrition program because we understand that fitness is just one part of a healthy lifestyle.

If you're looking for a supportive, compassionate, amazing place that will support you in your fitness goals, look no further! Kaia Fit Folsom has been a part of my every day workout routine for the past 12 years and I have loved every minute of it. I've made amazing friends, challenged myself to do things I didn't know I could do physically and so much more. If you're looking for an amazing place to workout - try a Kaia class!
July 2025 update - And I have recently become a fitness coach as well and love every minute of every workout, plus the opportunity to support and challenge women in their own journey!

Iβve been going to kaia for almost 2 years. Hands down one of the best decision that I have made. Classes are engaging and challenging but accommodations are always available. The coaches are amazing! All of them are so supportive, I feel so lucky to have such a great support system. Viki , the owner , is so fun, energetic and caring . Highly recommend kaia !

Love, love this gym and am so thankful to have found it. I've been coming for 10 months and find the community super encouraging, the instructors very positive and the workouts challenging and interesting (not repetitive). There are several opportunities to push yourself with BRIC, reset programs, Kaia cups, and so on. Before finding Kaia I had attended two large gyms and three smaller studios in Folsom. None of them compare to the community at Kaia. I've referred several friends. Try it out you won't regret it.

I joined Kaia Fit Folsom a little over 3 years ago, after never wanting to belong to a gym in my life. Now, I can't imagine my life without my Kaia coaches, my Kaia family and their support. The thing I like the most is that the classes are always different and they can be modified for every lady's fitness level, which is extremely helpful if you're just starting out or you've had an injury that you're working thru. A few of my favorite classes are Barre, TRX & any cardio class, but there are classes every day of the week to keep you in shape!! The coaches are well trained and always supportive, and the owner Viki Crane is welcoming and makes working out fun!! Give our Folsom Kaia a try and you'll be hooked!!

I've been a member of Kaia for five years and it's been a game changer. From barre to cross-training to TRX, you can find a class to fit your needs and schedule. The Kaia Community is welcoming and yes, working out can be fun! As important as the inches and pounds lost have been, the friendships formed are awesome. The women all hold each other accountable and give you a boost when you need one. The coaches are always ready, willing and able to help you with modifications if you need them, answer your nutrition questions and to offer moral support. I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing support and results no matter what your fitness level. I broke my ankle a couple of years ago and all of the girls really rallied around me and made it so much easier. They even modified the workouts so I could keep going! If youβre nervous to start a fitness program, itβs super easy to get connected here.

What a wonderful group of fun loving women! Not only are the coaches super positive, everyone in class supports and encourages each other. I so love Folsom Kaia coaches are awesome and so very patient and no matter how long you are gone they are always happy to see you when you return. If you want to workout with knowledgeable energetic coaches Kaia Folsom is where it's at.

I've been taking classes at the Folsom location for about 5 weeks. All of the coaches have been amazing. I came into this with basically zero knowledge on proper form with weights. I have also never done a boot camp style class prior. The coaches and fellow classmates are very encouraging. They have kept me motivated and on track with my goals. I am able to modify everything to my capabilities. They also provide nutrition tips! I am already starting to feel stronger and leaner! Love these classes. Highly recommend!

I just recent finished my first BRIK. My form has improved immensely, I've noticeably shed some weight and begun toning my thighs and stomach, and I'm getting stronger. I'm increasing my weights/reps, I can actually DO a pushup, and I can run/jog for a longer distance than before. My energy is up! My accountability partners have been helping me stay on track and I've been able to implement some nutrition knowledge from BRIK into my daily routine. Joining this gym and this group of strong women has been HUGE for me in improving my lifestyle.
