At Kaia FIT, we believe in empowering women to be the healthiest and happiest they can be. We provide women with their own space to exercise in a relaxed and non-judgmental environment where everyone feels welcome and challenged according to their individual fitness level and goals. We have served thousands of women in our 40 locations, helping them lose fat, build muscle, improve their eating habits, and develop healthy and motivational relationships with like-minded women.
We are far from just another gym – we focus on physical and mental well-being and healthy overall lifestyle changes that benefit you now and long-term. We offer a wide variety of classes as well, and every class is new and different, so you’ll never get bored.

My mom has been taking classes with Natalie for a while and I’ve noticed she has become so strong and agile. I have dropped in to join her for a couple classes and got my butt kicked! The classes are accommodating to every skill level including beginners and a cross fitter like me who considers themselves very fit! I took the barre class most recently and was SHAKING! I could barely surf the next day, my arms were so beat. The classes also offer a great sense of community, which I think is an underrated component of health. There are handful of women that attend consistently, encourage each other and hold each other accountable.

Starting at KAIA with coach Natalie is one of the best decisions I have made. She is a motivating and funny coach who has fostered a community of women who support each other. I have lost weight and gained muscle, feel better, and have more energy. I am very grateful for finding Natalie!

I came into the 8 AM barre and cross training class. Natalie was the instructor. Natalie is so incredibly warm, which makes it feel like family even though that was my first time there. Though I feel like I’m in pretty good shape I still felt like I got a great workout. I would highly recommend.

Natalie’s coaching at KAIA has absolutely improved my health and continues to enable me to enjoy a stronger, leaner body! Kaia Fit Granite Bay is the best thing I have ever done for myself! Not only do I love the workouts, but also the supportive community of women. The coaches and ladies in the group are enthusiastic and encouraging. Coaches Natalie and Christa understand that it is equally important to have a strong body as it is to have a strong and positive mindset. Can't say enough about Natalie and the incredible group of women who show up for themselves and each other every single day. I came to the group earlier this year starting at absolute zero in terms of fitness level. I can't believe how much stronger I've gotten in just a few months. And. . . KaiaFIT Granite Bay has changed my life!! I had never worked out a day in my life when i met Natalie and her coaches. There are fitness levels for everyone. The sisterhood is unbelievable and I am so thankful to be a part of this tribe. The support and encouragement were exactly what I needed to be successful. If you are looking to get fit and enjoy getting a good sweat on this is the place to go. The coaches (Natalie, Tonya, and Tina) are amazing. What I love most is walking in at 6 am and my workout has already been predetermined for the day. I never have to figure out what exercise or body part I want to work on. It is already been determined for me. All I have to do is participate. I have been with Granite Bay Kaia for 10 months and will never go anywhere else. I love the BRIK workout program the best. It is a 6 week program that includes eating clean, soup swaps, and recipes to help transform your body. Sorry guys this is a women only gym, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this place if you want an awesome daily workout!

I joined Kaia a little over a month ago and I am loving it! Groupon and proximity got me through the door, the women and workouts through that door will make me stay. Natalie, Tina and Tonya are awesome coaches; they have truly created a safe space that fosters comradery, encouragement, friendships and results. I am stronger and faster, sleeping better and feeling better than I have for years. I enjoy the variety of classes offered through the week, from Yoga to CrossFit, Barre and TRX each one is challenging in its own way. I have been attending Kaia Fit Granite Bay for almost 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. Before finding Kaia, I was able to work out and lose weight on my own, but it never stuck. I was constantly gaining it back, sometimes more, and getting frustrated that I couldn't seem to keep myself in check. One of my favorite things about Kaia Fit is the accountability. If I start missing workouts, I have a support system wondering where in the heck I've been and they reach out to me. Besides the awesome workouts several days a week (which are always different and keep you guessing) and the tools for proper meal planning, the relationships that I've formed over the last 4 years are one of the highlights of coming to Kaia workouts. I will continue attending Kaia Fit Granite Bay and just wanted to say that you won't regret it if you decide to join as well!

I have tried several different bootcamps in the area and finally found one worth sticking with. Kaia Fit Granite Bay is a great workout offering modifications for every fitness level. More importantly for me, there is a focus on nutritional which has always been my struggle. The positivity of all the women is so uplifting. I have never once felt embarrassed or discouraged while in class. It’s my one hour of “me” time and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Kaia FIT Granite Bay is my gym home. I've never been athletic and was hesitant to join a gym, but Coach Natalie has the workouts set up for all levels of fitness. The workouts can be intense, but you have to tackle them at your own pace. Natalie is always available to help you out with form, and to offer modifications if you are experiencing pain or resistance.
The workouts change each day, so one day could be more arm-intensive, and the next would be a more leg-intensive.
Signing up for the Kove at the start of a session will include a manual which will include recipes and fitness tips to guide you toward your goals-- in health and in life, as they go hand in hand.
I've been at kaia for 6 months and I can't picture my days without my workouts at the Kove.

TL;DR - I enjoy Kaia and I think it's a great, dedicated group of girls getting fit. But it's pricey and there's less equipment use than I expected. I'm still continuing though because Natalie really teaches you the PROPER way to workout without injury and the workouts are super fun!
Honestly I was really skeptical of the whole Kaia Fit program because I didn't feel like the price justified the motivation it would give me to workout vs me just getting off my butt and going to the gym alone, plus I was unsure of how intense the workouts would really be, but I had a friend who was involved in the Sacramento Kaia group and I WASN'T gymming on my own so I really didn't have much to lose - so I purchased a Groupon and joined the Kaia group in Granite Bay!
I had to get in touch with Natalie to schedule my time slot before going to a class, she has five available times and they meet Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday every week. Those times are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9:15 and 6pm and on Saturdays they all meet together at 7am for a "power hour." I chose the 9:15am slot at first (I've since moved to 6pm) and went to my first class not really knowing what to expect.
The location is actually kind of interesting to me, it's just a single room with a few TRX machines, blocks, and tons of motivational messages. I was kind of expecting more pizzazz or equipment besides a yoga mat and weights. Then the workout started and I totally changed my mind! Natalie drives you through a ton of muscle confusion workouts that are ACTUALLY FUN and STIMULATING.
I swear I've been to a ton of classes at the nearby gyms (Lifetime and Broadstone) and I never really had "fun" doing the workouts. Even zumba wasn't too great because the music choices weren't my favorite. Natalie picks good, pump up music and all the Kaia girls really keep you motivated to push through.
I hadn't been working out for awhile and I wasn't sure if I could keep up the pace during the boot camp style classes - but there's three levels of every type of workout, the "balance" level for those needing just to get their bodies moving, the "strength" for those trying to push it a little more, and then the "Kaia" level for those at the highest fitness level. I'll try to update with a more concrete example of what I mean but I'd just say there are ladies of all different fitness levels there and they're all really supportive and at the end of every workout we're all pretty tired too. So my worry about not getting a good enough workout was definitely unfounded in the end!
OH AND MOST IMPORTANTLY. Natalie teaches you how to workout PROPERLY and adds little snippets of great life lessons and fit tips without WASTING TIME. Like every time there's a list of workouts to do, she'll demonstrate the proper form for them and then we'll jump into it. But I super appreciate it because I never really think about the proper positioning during planks and how to hold my head during a crunch - and now I don't really have to put in the extra effort TO think about it because Natalie's saying it without some long speech that wastes half my workout time. So we jump into the workouts and at the very end Natalie will talk about what to focus on this week whether it be glutes or eating well. And I SUPER appreciate that because it doesn't take me out of "workout mode" when I'm in it.
It's my fifth week of Kaia and I've bought the VIP membership for $119 for 16 classes a month, which to me still feels a little pricey at $7.43 a class IF you go to all four classes a week at the designated time slots. So I guess for those of you reading this trying to decide whether to buy immediately or not, try it out and see if it's for you. I thought it was worth it but I think it really depends on your goals and fitness level, but on the bright side, it's free to try and it might change your life like it has for some of the girls. We'll see in time for me!

I recently completed a six week BRIK bootcamp with Kaia Fit Granite Bay. Not only do the workouts produce results quickly but the Kaia Kove is a supportive environment. Women of all levels of fitness come together and support one another in their goals. No matter your current fitness level, there is a challenging workout (exercises have 3 options) - balance, strength and Kaia - to get you there. I love the simplicity of the workouts and the nutrition plan is highly effective if you choose to follow it. No gimmicks. The welcoming atmosphere is nurtured by owner Coach Natalie and fabulous Coach Heather and Coach Kelly. I can't wait to return to Kaia!
