Our studio is led by a highly qualified owner who holds a Comprehensive Certification in Pilates and has completed contemporary teacher training education. Additionally, certified in human anatomy and specialize in injury prevention, agility, and strength training.

Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being through the mind-body connection. Our ultimate goal is to help clients achieve proper body alignment by activating their core, fostering a balanced body and mind, and enhancing overall vitality.

I cannot recommend Kali’s Pilates enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Kali is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate instructor who truly understands how to tailor each session to individual needs. Her guidance is both encouraging and challenging, helping me build strength, flexibility, and confidence in ways I never expected.

WOW. Kali is the BEST Pilates teacher. She makes me work. Every session is fun, challenging, and tailored to what I need. I have chronic lower back pain and she knows exactly what to do to make it stronger. She makes sure I’m getting stronger the right way. 10/10 recommend!!

Kali is the best instructor I have ever experienced.
Her expertise in core strengthening engaging in the deep muscles of abdomen , back, and pelvic floor is like no other . I couldn’t even do one sit-ups as I was very weak in my core muscles area, but after 6 sessions I’m able to do sit-ups and more over have better posture and flexibility of my body .

After I attended Kali’s pilates class, I felt that my core was sore but at the same time, strengthened.
It was a very encouraging and positive group environment, and did not feel that I was being judged at all. The instructor was very calm and patient through my first experience, and made me feel at ease the whole way through.

I would definitely recommend this place to anywho who suffers from lower back pain, as it has also made a drastic impact in my day to day comfortability.

I’ve been dealing with a neck injury and decided to try Pilates as part of my recovery. Kali has been absolutely amazing. She is sooo knowledgeable and she definitely knows how to teach, She’s incredibly detail oriented and make sure everything is done safely and effectively. She helped me recover but also improved my overall strength and posture. I’ve tried tons of other Pilates studios before, but Kali is by far the best instructor I’ve ever worked with. I feel so fortunate to have found her!

I had never tried Pilates before, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. As a guy, I didn’t know if it would be my thing, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely welcome. They were so understanding and patient, taking the time to explain everything in a way that made it easy to follow.

The session itself was challenging in the best way—I could feel muscles working that I didn’t even know I had! The instructor was super encouraging, and they made sure to adjust things for my level so I didn’t feel overwhelmed.

Overall, it was such a fun and positive experience. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and even a little proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone, especially if you’re new to Pilates. They really make you feel like you belong, no matter your experience level.

My chiropractor recommended that I try Pilates, and after some research, a friend referred me to Kali. I can’t believe how detail-oriented she is, her eye catches every single muscle and joint movement. Lol I was genuinely surprised by her ability to notice the smallest things! I can't say enough good things about Kali! I've been struggling with back pain for what feels like forever, and since I started coming here, it's been a game changer. Kali, is super knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you feel better. Kali is the owner of her new studio “KALI PILATES” located in Koreatown and she's incredibly experienced and professional. Word on the street is that she has been well recommended in the community already which is how I also got referred to her as well! I'm so glad I found my Pilates home here.

The classes are fun, challenging, and always different, which keeps things interesting. Plus, the overall vibe in the studio is soo welcoming and friendly, you feel right at home. I've been wanting to strengthen my body and lose some fat, and Kali has helped me so much with that. My body is so uncoordinated unfortunately 😅 so I was hesitant starting a class but I am so glad I gave it a try. She is so patient with me. And I can tell she is passionate about what she does.
