My son (8 years old) has been coming to this gym for 6 months now. He loves coming and training every day! Mon through Friday. His coach (Richy) is amazing with kids and very dedicated. If the kids are lucky, they get a special training by the owner tolik! He definitely pushes them to their limits 💪 We came here looking for discipline and it has become my son's passion 🥊🥊

Stressed out at a new job across from the gym, I decided to propose to tolik, the owner, whether it'd be ok to release my stress on a punching bag and for this sole instance, pay him $50 to do so. He replied by enlightening me that for $50, that would cover 1 month membership. Tolik had to obviously recognized my proposal couldve been a sure bet to upsell me; if im willing to spend 50 for 15 min or so, clearly he could've offered a higher monthly membership amount. Today, it makes sense why tolik didn't seize that opportunity: he's old-school; a man who holds weight with his word and for whom honesty and transparency are his default. Aside from the great character of the owner, the atmosphere at the gym is as ideal as I could ever wanted. Been to many gyms, never before did I experience an environment like Kaminsky with a complete absence of big egos from inwardly insecure people. Everyone here just wants to come, do there thing, and not be bothered. If you're new, you may receive some helpful technique tips but always from a humble and edifying standpoint. Lastly, if you're like me and only have time to exercise between breaks at work, they have a shower so I can head straight back to work. Signing up was sincerely the best decision I've made all year.

This place is trash. The place is infested with bugs. The guy at the front desk Tolib or whatever his name is, is a horrible person. I do not recommend this gym at all. Luckily I made it back to Houston living the good life 🥂 with my family and friends

I joined this boxing gym a year and a half ago, and it's been an incredible experience. The trainer is awesome .The gym has a variety of equipment for all levels. I've seen significant improvement in my skills, endurance, and overall boxing skill since joining. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn boxing in an awesome boxing gym.

It is a complete gym for box, strength and conditioning if you want to train on your own, but I also think it is a place with family atmosphere if you assist to the boxing lessons, which make me give my best in 1 hour and learn a lot.

Great place for first timers like myself. Tolik is a very knowledgeable trainer and his gym is just what I'm looking for. Old school Russian guy who doesn't sugar coat anything and corrects your every wrong move.

I love working out at this gym. They have bars weights, bags and gloves to use, along with two rings. I was very out of shape when I first got there, but nobody looked at me funny or anything. Its great.

This place is a real gym. Been other places but this one is different. Slava is awesome with kids. My son (6 yrs old) lost weight in 2 weeks and I see results!
